We love premier inns, but after a long busy day in London we checked in and virtually stood in silence whilst the lady chose our room. Upon going to the room we found we’d been given a disabled room, which space wise was lovely but I’d have loved nothing more than to collapse on a large bed or have a warm bath. Instead the bed was a lot lower, no bath just a wet room with a door that was off its hinges, a low sink which all must be so helpful to those who need it. I could have gone and said something but the woman who was working wasn’t very welcoming, or friendly or talkative so I didn’t have the confidence too, and I was exhausted so we just wanted to sleep. It was more of a disappointment than anything to complain about as such. The sleep was wonderful as it always is, the location was brilliant for what we needed, it was lovely and quiet and we had a good night, it was just a shame about the customer service & the room but that’s all :) we will be back I’m sure
