Beds were too short for someone 190 cm talll and one of the nights was a bit cold. Apart of that everything else was absolutely fine!
Location very good as it is a short walk from Tower bridge and very closed to Aldgate and Tower Hill underground stations.. I definitely recommend!

I like the hotel. Clean, roomy, with big windows, wooden desk and wardrobe. The TV is nice too. It has the setting that is like home.

First of all, the location was very good, but it was very difficult to ventilate because the window could not be opened.
The bed, bedding, and even the cleaning were very good.
But..the desk was too small, so it was difficult to do anything.

It was nice that it was 5 minutes from Tower Bridge, and since the room is cleaned until 4 o'clock, I ask the counter to clean it up before then, and it will be cleaned up when I leave. Plenty of towels are provided, but the slightly soundproofing is a deduction

Ridiculous amount of time to book in, seriously understaffed. The staff that are working do their best while their managers hide in offices. Leaving staff to check in customers, deal with baggage collection and service at the bar. Not really up to standard.

Everything was just as you expect it to be and a little more Efficient, clean and friendly Very well organised and everybody was helpful. Great breakfast. This is the sort of hotel we all need. They were expecting us, reception was quick and efficient, they explained everything we needed at the time. It all went smoothly Great
