Stayed for business as the price seemed reasonable near to my work in Marylebone. A lot of people mentioned that the location seems good although I disagree; I didn’t think the surrounding area was particularly nice at all. I read reviews before coming and was a bit nervous; I booked through a third-party site and surprise surprise was given an underground room. I never get treated inferiorly anywhere else just by using ***********. The restaurant looks tiny so I certainly didn’t bother using. The room was also tiny described as deluxe with a bathroom that had a drain-like smell. Honestly, the worst towels I’ve ever seen in any hotel, tiny, thin and threadbare. The bed was comfortable at least, but not enough to rate it higher than one star. To top it off after working a 13 hour day and coming back at 9 pm, I couldn’t believe my eyes that the room hadn’t been touched by housekeeping. By that point I couldn’t be bothered getting someone to come, and put up as leaving thankfully the next day. My tip - find another hotel Seems barely 3 start, certainly not 4.
