Highlights:
Very new and well decorated. Spacious room by London standard. Huge TV and windows, comfortable beddings, high quality slippers and bath robes. Convenient location, 5-7mins walk to Old Street underground station.
Areas for improvement:
1. Toiletries. The bottles were a bit difficult to use, the body lotion couldn’t be pumped out when there were still 1/3 remained in a bottle.
2. The TV only supports screen sharing from certain apps, it doesn’t allow screen mirroring from iPhone.
Overall it was a very pleasant stay for me at this hotel and I would recommend to anyone traveling to London.

An excellent stay. The service was very nice starting from entering the hotel; there were always warm greetings in the lobby; the bed was very comfortable and there was a nice view outside the window. Everything is perfect.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a comfortable experience.
Room:
The room was very comfortable, clean, and a good size—definitely appreciated after a long day of travel.
Location:
The hotel is conveniently located near train stations, with a few convenience stores and a supermarket nearby. There also seem to be several bus options, which made getting around quite easy.
Environment:
The surroundings felt quiet and safe, which added to the overall sense of comfort during the stay.
Staff:
While the staff were polite, I found them to be lacking in warmth. There wasn’t even a professional smile from the main counter staff. In the hospitality industry, I believe a simple smile can go a long way in making guests feel welcome.
Overall, it was a solid stay, but there's room for improvement in the customer service experience.

I recently stayed at art’otel London Hoxton and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The interiors are thoughtfully curated, with art seamlessly integrated into every corner—from the lobby to the rooms—giving the space a distinctive and creative atmosphere.
The room was clean, stylish, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning views of the city. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in both the decor and the service; the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and eager to help.
Located in the heart of Hoxton, the hotel is ideally positioned for exploring East London’s eclectic mix of galleries, cafes, and independent shops, while still being within easy reach of central attractions.

Great location, only 5 mins from the Northern Line station! Hotel is also newly built, under 1 year old, so everything is spick and span. For travellers coming from the airport though, it is better to get off at the Moorgate/Liverpool St Station on the Lizzy Line, as there are escalators that can take you to ground level. These are not available at Old St Station on the Northern Line.
My room was also facing the city and had a wonderful view!
