Highlights: Very new and well decorated. Spacious room by London standard. Huge TV and windows, comfortable beddings, high quality slippers and bath robes. Convenient location, 5-7mins walk to Old Street underground station. Areas for improvement: 1. Toiletries. The bottles were a bit difficult to use, the body lotion couldn’t be pumped out when there were still 1/3 remained in a bottle. 2. The TV only supports screen sharing from certain apps, it doesn’t allow screen mirroring from iPhone. Overall it was a very pleasant stay for me at this hotel and I would recommend to anyone traveling to London.

During the reservation process, Hotel should announce the date that they are going to conduct a power and water outage for equipment inspection. we are strongly dissatisfied that the hotel staff used the master key (without knocking the door)entered into our room for unauthorized purposes. Our room door had already indicated "Do Not Disturb," we totally felt offended and disrespected

An excellent stay. The service was very nice starting from entering the hotel; there were always warm greetings in the lobby; the bed was very comfortable and there was a nice view outside the window. Everything is perfect.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a comfortable experience. Room: The room was very comfortable, clean, and a good size—definitely appreciated after a long day of travel. Location: The hotel is conveniently located near train stations, with a few convenience stores and a supermarket nearby. There also seem to be several bus options, which made getting around quite easy. Environment: The surroundings felt quiet and safe, which added to the overall sense of comfort during the stay. Staff: While the staff were polite, I found them to be lacking in warmth. There wasn’t even a professional smile from the main counter staff. In the hospitality industry, I believe a simple smile can go a long way in making guests feel welcome. Overall, it was a solid stay, but there's room for improvement in the customer service experience.
