This was truly a once in a lifetime experience for us. We felt in awe for our entire stay. The staff were incredibly attentive. The building itself is jaw dropping not only in opulence but wonderful & interesting history. Our room was perfect & we slept very well. Loved the bathroom including generously sized shower & bath (plus the TV in the mirror!). We enjoyed the pool & spa immensely. The morning tour of the building was well worth doing, thanks Shae. We were able to utilise the on-site car service once & that was fantastic. Great location close to a lot of London’s main sites. Would love to return someday. Thank you!
