Everybody listen, if you wanna suffer, you can choose to stay in this guesthouse and they will make you bleed. No joke whatsoever!
This is the FIRST time i write a comment on this platform. You know sometimes people just can't be bothered to leave comment after their stay (whether that is good or not), but ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
I understand this guesthouse is working within a relatively tight budget, but you should still maintain a considerably professional standard in relation to responsiveness from the staffs, property managerment or whoever in charge.
On July 19th (approximately 10pm at night), i was about to check in and got into the house. To check in, you have to get the key from the key box outside the main door. The guesthouse sent a message to me earlier, explaining how you can open the key box. First of all, i don't think the instructions are clear enough and as a result, i didn't know that i had to hold the key box and pulled the plastic handle all at the same time. Fine, these things do happen in life, but when guests have difficulties, they can only turn to the reception or staffs. There is no reception in this property (which is understandable), but then when i tried to reach out their emergencies number, nobody answered. The introduction says their working hours are Mon-Fri (10-6). Okay but what is an emergency situation? Guests struggle to get into the house is not an emergency? That is pathetic. Luckily, i got into the house 30mins later because one of the roomates came back and i could follow him. However, i still need to get my house key.
The next morning (July 20th), i got up at 8am, and i immediately asked for their help, hoping that they could solve the situation for me, but it wasn't successful. With the help from trip.com staffs, i managed to get the property management and one of the housekeepers to answer my enquiry. Guess how they responded to me?
''If you got the code and you cant get the key, there is not much i can do for you''
And when i asked them to come oever and helped, they said:''Sorry but i am 150km away''
So? This is unacceptable. Is this how you treat your guests and customers?
Thank you for reading my comment. I have said it once and it won't be the last time i say this. If you wanna suffer in life, then don't listen to me. I guarantee that they will make you bleed. A proper one.
