The hotel is next to Paddington Station, close to the Hammersmith Circle Line entrance, across the river. The room is bigger than expected, the box can be opened enough, and the umbrella can be opened. Overall, the price/performance ratio is good, a bit cheaper than the one in Paddington. Facilities: The place where the room card is inserted is not sensitive, the bathroom has a little smell and I don't know where the exhaust fan switch is, and the sofa is very soft. Service: One guy at the front desk was okay, but the other guy looked coldly at taking the suitcase from the luggage rack and didn't help.

Although the pictures look average, the actual room is relatively large among hotels of the same price in the UK. The overall decoration is relatively new, and there is even a fresh air system.
The bathroom is also unexpectedly large, with a hair dryer and bathroom separated, which is quite convenient for two people.
The restaurant is closed in September, so you don't have to book breakfast if you haven't come yet. You can also refund if you have booked.
It is relatively close to Paddington Station, but it is still a bit far to walk.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Everything was okay; the hotel is very nice and very central. The biggest issue was breakfast, which was an absolute disaster. There was a queue to get into the breakfast area; they ran out of bacon one day and sausages the next. On the third morning, I just skipped it as I was not in the mood for the hassle. Another issue I had was housekeeping. I was there for three nights and they did not clean my room or change my towels even though I requested it.

We stayed as a family of 4 with a 5 year old and a 1 year old. The room we had was great, wish it was slightly bigger but it was still a fantastic room. All the facilities are great, the room was extremely clean. We had nothing but a positive experience and the location to everything in London is THE BEST. We will not be staying anywhere else when we come down again as a family.

No directions from the station, hard to find, spent an hour wandering around with my luggage. No one answered the phone. Three Premiere Inns in the area - no sign on the hotel I was staying at on the side where you walk from the station. Tired hotel in need of tlc. Staff are lovely but not even a bottle of water in your room. At over £200 a night I would avoid.

Have stayed here twice before and it was good but not quite sure what has happened! Room was dirty- crumbs all over the floor and cleaning products left abandoned in the room. Asked for some extra pillows for the children and was still waiting for them two hours later. People smoking in the corridors, and some other very interesting guests- I suspect some rooms are being rented by the council. Staff at breakfast all on their phones. For the money you can stay somewhere much nicer and i will not be back!
