Very rustic and modern hotel. The space is beautiful. The service is excellent. The rooms are so good. Provides a great nights sleep. The restaurant at the hotel is splendid too. Marvellous meal. Everything is great here. Amazing time here.

Lovely design and decor, nice beds and linen, and fantastic location. Having the whole property finished in hardwood floors looks fantastic but sound travels, and for a hotel that just doesn’t work. I would strongly suggest you spring for some rugs or kilims in the bedrooms to soften the noise of people walking around. But the real issue for me was the glaring green emergency light that fills the room with light all night long. That is a real problem for those trying to sleep. I don’t know if it’s this type of property, but no other hotel room I’ve ever been in has a light on all night long which fills the room with light. It really spoilt what should have been a great night away in Marylebone.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. The onsite restaurant makes the stay even better. Loved the mussels, oysters, angus ribeye and lamb chop. Also great place to have wine, cocktails or beers.

highly recommend The Grazing Goat. We had 3 rooms (D, E, and F) for 7 nights. Everything was lovely. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. We didn’t hear the restaurant or pub from our rooms except for one night when there was a wedding party in the restaurant. We turned on the fan for white noise and that did the trick. The property is in a beautiful neighborhood close to many fine restaurants and shops. The Marble Arch underground station is about a 3-4 minute walk - very convenient.

We recently stayed for a night whilst attending a function in London. Aesthetically the hotel looks good however we were disappointed in the quality of our stay for the price. The ensuite door was broken so we could not close it for privacy. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were the worst we have experienced in a hotel; they squish so flat you feel like your head is lying on the mattress. The noise of chairs and crockery being moved about very late into the night carried right up into our room as staff were either packing up or preparing for a function the next day. I can’t comment on the food as we dined elsewhere, but what we saw looked good. Overall I would not recommend staying at this hotel if you want to sleep; it was very disappointing given the cost of the room.

I can appreciate that the front of house are quite professional, so probably wouldn’t have reacted badly if I did voice my complaints but I didn’t want to be a hindrance so hopefully this written mode will do. I came in for breakfast and ordered poached eggs with avocado on *sourdough* toast. the emphasis is relevant due to the fact that i got rye instead with the crust very nearly inedible burnt. Luckily there was a generous helping of avocado to mask the taste - though it was unfortunate how much I kept clattering my cutlery because it required such brute force to cut through the toast. The dessert, through no fault of the kitchen or front of house, was not quite to my liking. I wish it was described that the cheesecake filling contained some sort of citrus as that is a flavour in desserts I quite detest. The biscuit was quite flavourful though so I just scraped off the cream cheese and ate that with the strawberry topping. My only regret is not getting the name of the lovely waitress who served me towards the end of my hour working there. It would have been sometime nearing 12:30pm that she was working — tall and gorgeous and European! Wonderful service, sweetest personality.

We booked online and explained and explained some of the visitors were disabled. When we arrived, the staff were very kind and accommodating and let us choose a table we were comfortable with, The food was wonderful and I would recommend the specials. I had an amazing hot beetroot soup with crushed hazelnuts and dried ground coriander. It was amazing, The main meal was superb as well - I eld recommend the steak pie with chips: The waiter was extremely accommodating and gave recommendations. The place had a lovely ambience. Will definitely return. Loved the place.

I had a terrible time. The host and the staff just buzzed around me. And I was the first there and waited several minutes, I'm not lying, to get the bill. The well I will say the food was outstanding and I was going to take the rest back to the hotel, but I left it there because they spoiled my night. I had to think Claridges recommended them. Well not anymore. And I don't know how to put it, the moment they heard my United States accent, things changed.
