Excellent! Nice and friendly staff.  Clean room and near to restaurants and supermarkets.  Highly recommend!

I feel very good. I went with my friends. The geographical location is very close to the bus stop. The service staff is very enthusiastic. The room is clean and tidy, and the air conditioning is cool. The breakfast is OK, the variety is ok, and it is very convenient. It is recommended.

The hotel was clean and nice. The breakfast was fresh, I wish there were more veggie options. The staff was helpful. Room was clean and toilet was amazing too.

The staff were friendly. The room was lovely, and the property is clean and well maintained throughout. The down side with my room was I could hear a lot of the traffic despite being double glazed.

I was asked when I arrived how much I paid on Trip which I thought was cheeky as I was then given a room that was in the basement and the opposite of what, as a solo female traveller I always ask for. It is rare for thar to happen and I felt penalised for something I had no control over. I looked at two basemebt rooms and the better one still smelt of damp and I had a bug in the bed but not sure if it was a bed bug or whether the window had been left open. Not a great nights sleep abd I ha e stayed in London for hotels at the price I got but had better value. I was given a coffee and able to relax on the sofa before I left by a new receptionist in the morning who did show me a better room (although being cleaned) just incase I did want to stay again but there is no way if a basement but that is just my preference. I enjoyed the breakfast which was a bonus but the rest is not boutique (as is stated). Decor and class is one thing but how it is presented is another.

The room was small and simple, but clean. The area was okay. The price was fair.

Everything is good in this hotel. The staff here is super kind.

Had a good sleep,but no access to hot water

I was worried that it would be a long walk from the subway station, but the bus stop was nearby and it was convenient. The bus comes frequently. I stayed for two nights, but the breakfast was the same, which was disappointing. It was nice that I could drink coffee and tea at any time.
