Hilton Hotels in London

Hotel staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located perfectly for a visit to West Field shopping complex, 5 minutes walk away. The room we booked was the lowest priced available without breakfast included. It was clean and well presented as you expect for a Hilton. Tea and coffees provided as well as a fridge. The bathroom looked tired with heavy wear around the lower door and skirting given an appearance of shabbiness. That said it was clean. Also thankfully it wasn’t cold outside ( just wet ) as the heating wasn’t functioning.

The price is comparatively high. I check in late around 10pm and asked for late check out next day i.e. weekday but they would charge me extra fee if check out time is later than 11am. I was disappointed.

Great hotel well located for canary wharf warm welcome on arrival receptionist Kamila was lovely and we made her laugh.she gave us complimentary Prosecco as it was my partner's birthday that day Our room was spacious and clean The breakfast was lovely.A large choice of all different breakfast options. Thank you Hilton.

Nicely decorated, simple but modern and classy. Clean, accessible options available. 24/7 room service is a great service especially for late travellers but more options would be great. Shower & soaps were nice, bed was large and very comfortable. Could do with leaving a toothbrush kit as most hotels do being an airport hotel. Staff were friendly and accomodating, i am late stage pregnancy and staff accommodated me with offering a room close to reception. The price is very fair for the overall experience. Would recommend and would stay again.

Strongly recommended - The location is fantastic, opposite London Bridge Train Station & 2-minute walk; Tower Bridge is right at the back. The Shard is nearby; Borough Market too is within the walk of +/-5 minute. The room is clean, fresh linens with complimentary bottled waters.

okey hotel the breakfast was better than other hiltons i have stay at the room service did not happen but i was only there 2 days so all was good for the price

Staff at The Waldorf are incredibly attentive to any / all needs. I asked for a later checkout and plates for food early in the morning after a night out and they accommodated that for us. The hotel is placed in a prime location, just a stones throw from Covent Garden and about 28-30 minutes walk from Regent Street. The hotel is only accessible by key card after hours; to ensure guest safety. Amenities in the room included an iron and board, kettle, drinking glasses and coffee / tea cups. The shower had fixed shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers. The mini bar was fairly priced for central London, but hadn't been cleaned (hence the slightly lower score on cleanliness). The air conditioning dried my throat out throughout the night, but turns off automatically if the window is open, so had to deal with that / just had water next to the bed throughout the night. The downstairs bar had a great a**osphere and boasts a large menu. Great for a late nightcap. Overall the experience was great. Our Queen room cost £179.00 for the night (excluding breakfast). I was offered two forms of upgrades. A larger Queen Room with breakfast included was only an extra £40.00, and a Kings Suite with access to the executive lounge and breakfast was £80.00 extra.

Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near several public transportation options, making it easy to explore the city. The Hilton Park Lane also boasts excellent leisure facilities. The fitness center is well-equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, allowing guests to maintain their fitness routines while traveling. Additionally, the hotel features a luxurious spa where guests can indulge in a range of treatments and therapies, perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. Overall, my experience at the Hilton Park Lane London was absolutely fantastic. The hotel's impeccable service, luxurious accommodations, convenient location, and outstanding amenities make it a top choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the heart of London.

The enviorment is nice and the location is pefectly good for traveller. The service provided by staff , front desk, and cleaner are good. Spacious room and nice furniture. Would stay again when coming to London next time.

I love staying at this hotel , wouldn’t stay anywhere else while I’m in London , so close to Euston Station - literally across the road , with many restaurants, shops and green space to relax literally on your doorstep ! Hop on and off bus stop across the road from the hotel to explore London a hot spots ! The staff at this hotel are beyond amazing - from the check in staff to the restaurant staff - especially the breakfast staff and the wide variety of excellent fresh food served ( pancakes are amazing) and made to order …. lots of choice and attentive staff make your mornings a pleasure !! A huge shout out to Karim - what a gent and what a credit to the Hilton … he’s so friendly, caring , professional and nothing is ever a problem when he’s around - each time we stay in London he makes our time there even better !!! The rooms are extremely clean and the beds are just heaven - great showers with beautiful smelling shampoos, conditioners and body wash provided - with the noise reducing windows that make your night quiet and relaxing even in the busy capital ! Great selection of tv channels to entertain you after a long day exploring! Room service fast with a great choice served to your door if peckish after dark ! Great restaurant on site and the food is beautiful and wide range of drinks at the bar - always served with a smile ! Would I recommend the Hilton at Euston - absolutely!!
