I booked a double room for me and my granddaughter when I got to our room. There was only one large double bed in a very large double room 407. There was no sofa in there. I asked at the desk if they had a room with two bed or a sofa bed. I was told there was nothing available. I told by the staff on duty that there should be a sofa in there. I believe this was a room set up for disabled customers. I was told by the person on duty that I could have a quilt and two pillows and sleep on the floor. When I looked at the quilt on the bed, I was very stained.
We then had an alarm go off at 3.47am, which was a false alarm. When I asked at the desk what the issue with the alarm, i was told they were not sure.
A very poor stay this time. Normally a very good stay there. In most of your premier Inn hotels.
Ps very disappointed.
