The new updated rooms are very well presented, very comfortable bed, very nice bathroom with walk in shower (no bath) the whole room was spotless, the downside.. The room is very stuffy, the air-con unit is in the top corner of the room blowing cooling 17 degree air over the back wall and tv, it’s not circulating throughout the room causing it to be warm & stuffy.

Although the hotel is having some upgrades, it didn’t spoil our stay, the staff were very welcoming, especially Joselyn on the front desk. She was helpful with our questions and also with information required .. Legend!!! The hotel is literally a 20 minutes tube ride to the south bank.. And parking is free YAY..

Hotel was being refurbished so only partly finished but refurbishment looks great and the new look in the rooms is excellent. Breakfast was great as always and special mention to Judith was warm and welcoming in the restaurant. I’ve used this hotel a few times and always happy to come back

The beginning was more unpleasant. At the reception I was greeted by a grumpy girl who clearly doesn't love her job. I was received unprofessionally. I hope her attitude changes along the way. In the restaurant it was totally the opposite. The girl and the boy in the restaurant welcomed me with a smile and pleasure. The room I stayed in was gorgeous, the food in the restaurant was super good.

We met this lovely gentleman , guess his name was Cavin at reception, very impressed the way checked us in, and then later in the evening found him at the restaurant while we went to get some food, very impressed by his service,he deserves more then 5 star will visit next time on our visit very nice room

Excellent clean hotel, good location to visit St George’s Hospital Really good breakfast, the best we have had at Premier inn. Special mention to Judith our waitress and Luminita the chef, the hotel should be proud of their excellent service
