WATCHOUT! i am yet to see on the booking website where i am not allowed to only stay for one night. taking my money makes it feel like i have booked a room for one night. looking forwards to the refund..... read the reviews, read the small print, don't try and book for one night. really unimpressed.

This is a scam avoid at all costs, took my payment and then I wasn't able to contact them again to arrange check in. I had to make alternative arrangements at the last min. They don't answer the phone or respond to messages. When I reported them to the 3rd party booking site they were also unable to get hold of them

The owners needs to make sure that their staff is really there to open the door. If you arrive at the property after 6 PM, forget going in. You’ll be sleeping in the front lawn.

Accommodation not existing/not responsive at all
I and another business partner arrived on the day of booking, only then we realised the hotel was no longer operating. I sent a message to the host reminding my arrival time. We called and we sent messages upon arrival. There was no response.
We ended up booking another hotel urgently.
I think they forgot to pull it off the site. This hotel did not offer the accommodation as advertised.

Booked for a night but forced to book another by host saying minimum 2 night stay? Most of descriptions don’t match to actual condition: size of the room, soundproof, check-in time, etc. the radiator is not working and the host is hard to get in touch.

THIS IS A SCAM. I booked for 1 night. They took my payment, then 24 hours later I got an email telling me that they only take bookings for a mini of 2 nights and that I would have to book the second night to validate my booking. They did not refund my booking. STEER CLEAR OF KIMBERLY SUSAN BACHELOT AND THIS SCAM.
