Premier Inn London Tottenham Hale

The hotel should be in the 5th district of London, but it is very close to Tottenham Hale station, only 5 minutes away, and you can go to a large shopping mall nearby by Liangzhong station, which is convenient. This should be an express hotel, similar to... Although the cleanliness is good, the maintenance is not satisfactory. The bathroom only needs a shower, and the ceiling is like a stalactite hole dripping with water. But at this price, it’s still okay.
Roseview Alexandra Palace Hotel

We stayed in room #3 for 1 night in order to attend the Ally Pally Fireworks. This hotel is perfectly located for that and perfectly acceptable as a 1 night stop over. The young chap at the desk was very polite, helpful, and made us feel very welcome – we were able to check-in slightly ahead of the stated time. The room we were in had a small but perfectly clean bathroom. We were also lucky enough to bag one of the hotels private car parking spaces. I note many complaints in other reviews. Yes there was no breakfast included, we knew that and booked into Bob’s Cafe which was just a few minutes away and excellent. About hotel onsite parking: with a bit of forethought and the help of Google Earth it was pretty obvious where parking was and I had no problems finding it. About the appearance of some of the internal rooms and corridors – well I would not book this as a honeymoon or family holiday hotel, but for a convenient place to sleep it’s fine.

Tottenham
Location: dirty and extremely unsafe. This place doesn't deserve to be called a hotel. Avoid it at all costs! I booked this hotel for three nights. The neighborhood is horrible, and the room and bathroom were filthy. There were yellow stains on the shower floor, and the bed sheets and towels looked very old. Fortunately, I brought my own bed sheets and towels. But that’s not all. Around 2 AM, I was jolted awake by the sound of someone throwing stones at my window and shouting, ‘Open the door! I brought you cake.' I was just shocked. Then, they broke in by smashing the glass on the front door, yelling in the corridor where my room was located right behind my door. I was utterly terrified and stayed behind my door and trying not to make any noise, waiting for the intruder to leave. The place itself is far from ideal, but I hadn’t planned to complain until this horrifying incident occurred. This is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I was unsure if the person would return, which added to my distress. I have attached photos of the broken door taken the morning after the incident. It's unbelievable that the property management did not react until two days later with a short message saying ”sorry about the inconvenience,” as if such a life-threatening issue hadn't happened at all! This place doesn't deserve to be called a hotel! It is unbelievable that neither the hotel and nor the famous platform through which I booked are helping with my request for refund! After multiple calls and messages, still no refund whatsoever!
