"Good Location that is located close for the Underground (about 10min walk) or from the A406 North Cir Road. A Sainsburys Local is located next the Tube Station and also opposite is a garage for fuel.
As for the hotel, the rooms are small and if you are planning on spending some time in your room and there are two of you, you better know your fellow sleeping partner well. However it had all what I needed. Coffee machine (POD type) and bottled water was provided. Not much hanging space, if you are staying 4+nights, you might need to upgrade your room to the next level. Bathrooms are SMALL, and would say smaller than Travelodge ones (new build). Air con in my room worked, but not to USA standards, and would have had to have it on over night to keep the room cool (outside temp was 24 during day and about 18 at night). Car parking is available, but at 14.50, it is expensive for nthis part of London. I notice that after 1800 you can park on the road opposite the hotel. The bar and restaurant was busy, and some people seem to be local, which I found reassuring for a hotel.
Service from reception did not blow me away. It was more a ”sign the booking sheet, leave a £50.00 deposit, and here is your key.” As for someone that had not stayed at thnis hotel before, some more open questions like the arrangements for car parking, or even where the lifts were, would have been welcomed. It was no more than 3/5 for service.
One lift was out of order. The reason it was not a 2/5 was because the receptionist DID NOT read out aloud my room number. Something that I detest. Especially when you are travelling alone. No hotel should read your room number out in reception, but should point to it on your card accordingly. Also, when I asked for a copy of my room key as I had left mine in the room, there were no additional security checks made. I just said my room number and was provided another two keys. You would not give your house keys to a stranger in the street, so why give out a room key without checking who I was."
"The hotel is generally okay, but it doesn’t quite meet the standard of a four-star property. The facilities feel a bit outdated, and the room became too dry when the air conditioning was on overnight, making it difficult to sleep comfortably."
"I have used this hotel many times. It's clean and staff are attentive. Breakfast is always good. However, this time I had a few no no . There was no complimentary water in the room, coffee machine didn't work, but when I called staff came to fix it immediately. A socket was broken with the covering falling off. No lotion in the bottle .it was completely empty. I reported it all and they were very quick to say they would fix it. I would still go back though. Hopefully get a better service next time."
"• **Excellent Location:** Situated in Ealing, London, the hotel is just a 160-meter walk from Park Royal underground station, with other stations like Hanger Lane also nearby. It's less than a 10-minute drive to Wembley OVO Arena and Wembley Stadium, and conveniently close to Westfield London shopping centre and Hyde Park.
• **Convenient Transportation:** With numerous underground stations nearby, guests can easily reach all of London's attractions, which is incredibly convenient for tourists, saving both time and travel costs.
• **Comprehensive Amenities:** The hotel offers a 24-hour fitness center, banquet facilities, bicycle parking, a business center, and more. Each room is well-appointed with an HD TV, coffee machine, mini-fridge, and a small desk, catering to both business and leisure travelers.
• **Excellent Service:** The staff are friendly and welcoming, and check-in is quick and efficient. Multi-lingual service is available. Both front desk and housekeeping staff are dedicated and go the extra mile, making guests feel truly at home.
• **Hearty Breakfast:** A complimentary buffet breakfast is served, featuring a wide variety of hot and cold dishes to satisfy all tastes."
"Check-in was incredibly complicated and completely self-service. I doubt the average tourist would even be able to get through the main door. How do you manage the self-service access control? The logic doesn't make sense! My friend, who lives here, came to my rescue at lightning speed. The receptionist I met was a property manager. He didn't care how you booked the room, nor did he even check your check-in receipt. He simply said, ”We don't care. We haven't received any updates. We won't give you a key.” We called Charles Hope ourselves, and the Indian English operator would have easily outmaneuvered 90% of our compatriots.
I suggest Ctrip conduct a stricter review. This isn't a hotel, it's a secondary rental agency. It's better to book with Airbnb, where the questions and answers are quicker. There were other people's hair in the bathtub and sticky food residue on the plate.
The male receptionist at the door was extremely volatile. He started complaining the moment I approached, before I even started talking... If I hadn't been in a hurry, I would have complained!"
"Great location with 2 supermarkets nearby and the staff were very friendly! The room was bigger than I thought and there was a sofa in it. I have a good experience in it! btw I like their Croissant"
"Unfortunately we are not able to give review on this property as we have moved to Double Tree by Hilton due to room unavailable. However, the PIC of front office on that night we arrived in hotel were very helpful on arranging the change of hotel for us, sorry I didn't get the name of the staff as it was so late and we are too tired."
"Bedroom,was comfy,and the customer service,was good aswell,had no issues,with anything,agood stay,would stay there again,but I did notice,the price went up for the weekend,come Monday was reduced."
"We stayed for a concert at Wembley. On check in the reception staff gave is lots of helpful information - the 92 bus goes directly to Wembley stadium, and that it would be a slightly different pick up point.
We actually decided to walk back rather than join the crowded public transport, but it was quite a long walk, I’d recommend walking a short way out of the crowds then back on the 92.
The room was nice & bed very comfortable. We slept well. Breakfast was nice with a mix of continental & English breakfast items.
I’d definitely stay again."
"The room is simple and clear, and the facilities are perfect;
The environment is quiet, but it is 400 meters away from the North Aiketon subway station, which is convenient for travel;
The surrounding supermarkets are complete, close to the IC/UAL student dormitory, and cost-effective."
GGuest UserThe lobby service is polite. The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the subway station. The transportation is very convenient. There are many bus lines from the main road. The only bad thing is that the room lighting is too dark.
MMartinRoom was clean and big...great..Nice bathroom. But from other side of hotel was heavy traffic all day...hotel is close to Highway...be ready:)) Stonebridge park station is not far cca 15 min walk. Bust stop is few steps from reteption 👍
AAirborn63The hotel is conveniently located two minutes from a picadilly line station. First impression is good and the hotel also has an indian restaurant at the ground floor of this converted 3 story building.
There was nobody at reception and the whole check in and out experience was off putting. There is no lift and my room was on the second floor at the back which meant more steps up and down.
The room itself was nice and modern with view over the garden, bathroom is on the small size but clean. Fridge, coffee machine, kettle and tea, coffee, water available. Nice view over the garden.
Although modern the lack of lift and the inadequate check in and out process let this place down. Certainly not worth the almost €150 paid excluding breakfast.
DD7HATGreat hotel and great staff! Solomon was super attentive and was a good man helped us with taxis and anything we needed,
Room was clean but had no fridge, Ac was good and shower was powrful.
Close to underground and shop are just minutes away!
Breakfast was basic! Service was super!!
Will book again I’m in the area!
心心雨彩虹I caught an early flight to Venice. It was a great choice for an airport hotel. I arrived late and left early. I couldn’t provide any comments on the environment. It was just that the transportation was convenient. No complaints. The price-performance ratio was okay.
GGuest UserInteresting hidden gem. Location is great right on the main intersection of Acton with bus stop right outside and steps away from Morrisons. 24hr reception but access is weird having to go through the pub which was empty and dirty and didn't give very welcoming vibes. Has a lift which is a bonus and the rooms themselves were great - large with comfortable bed and modern interior. I wouldn't stay in Acton unless you need to but would stay at this hotel again when in the area (visiting family locally).

GGuest UserReasonably close from Heathrow airport, in the Indian part of the town. Was too jet lagged to look around but there appeared to be some shops around. About 700-800m from the nearest train station. Budget hotel with basic services.
OOxygenTravellerTo be honest, the hotel is good for its price in London. Very suitable if you are taking flight to Heathrow. Also if you wanna explore London in a budget.
The is a sisha smoking set up during the night, which gives unsafe vibes. However, during my stay I didn't have any hassles. There were few noises that disturb the sleep.

BBrcicGreat communication and friendly staff (they gladly received our packages mailed to the hotel and allowed us to check-in earlier than specified). But rooms could be cleaner - it was quite dusty around the corners. Sheets were clean and nice. It's a small room, but one can't complain due to great location in our case and low pricing. We used it only for sleeping though (too much sights to see around London!).
