"We had a fantastic one night stay here! The room was a great size, staff were all very friendly and helpful, the bar staff were also superb. We also added breakfast to stay and we were really impressed with this a great price for what you get definitely worth doing! we also very much enjoyed the standard 12pm check out, at least from our experiences most other places have an earlier check out making you feel rushed sometimes so this being slightly later is great. Overall had a wonderful stay here and would stay again without a second thought."
"The Indian woman at the front desk is very impolite. She can't understand English at all, and she looks like we can't understand English. Practice your oral skills more. I'm in England, not in India. You're here to work, not to be a boss, and you don't know what you're arrogant about. And she was not wearing work clothes. When we came in, we thought it was not a hotel but a restaurant. We had travelled to many countries and stayed in Hilton hotels. We had never been treated like this. We felt offended."

"messaged before going for accessibilty. found so many steps to reach front desk than steps leading downstairs bedroom =shower not wheelchair friendly no seating had to use my personal small folding stool.
maybe suitable for some but for physical disabled person.
person at the desk was helpful. "
"1. Transportation: It’s half an hour’s drive from the airport, and it’s more convenient to have a parking lot.
2. Convenience: There is a McDonald's next door, a restaurant downstairs, and free water and milk downstairs.
3. Hygiene: relatively clean.
4. Comfort: The bed is very, very small and I dare not turn over, and the room is also small.
5. Cost-effectiveness: medium.
6. Meals: There are many types of breakfast
Summary: It’s okay to temporarily oversleep for one night."
"Interesting hidden gem. Location is great right on the main intersection of Acton with bus stop right outside and steps away from Morrisons. 24hr reception but access is weird having to go through the pub which was empty and dirty and didn't give very welcoming vibes. Has a lift which is a bonus and the rooms themselves were great - large with comfortable bed and modern interior. I wouldn't stay in Acton unless you need to but would stay at this hotel again when in the area (visiting family locally)."
"Room was clean and big...great..Nice bathroom. But from other side of hotel was heavy traffic all day...hotel is close to Highway...be ready:)) Stonebridge park station is not far cca 15 min walk. Bust stop is few steps from reteption 👍"
"To be honest, the hotel is good for its price in London. Very suitable if you are taking flight to Heathrow. Also if you wanna explore London in a budget.
The is a sisha smoking set up during the night, which gives unsafe vibes. However, during my stay I didn't have any hassles. There were few noises that disturb the sleep.

"The hotel is close to the train station and it takes 5 minutes to walk to the hotel. The environment is quiet. There are many supermarkets nearby. It is very convenient to buy things. The hotel staff is friendly. The only bad thing is that the room is too thin."
SStar PlatinumHospitalilty was noticably positive here. Warm greetings by the staff including a free cookie each. Clear explanations of the deposit, room location and number.
Room is small but more spacious than other London hotels we've stayed at before, there's just enough space to fully open one large suitcase. Overall tidy and clean. Air conditioning works well. The desk is suitable for working at. Nice view out of the window. Selection of tea and coffee provided with a coffee machine and separate kettle.
The bathroom was fine, shower is a good size and works well.
Breakfast buffet was great. Lots of drinks and food option, all good quality. Staff were professional, warm and friendly.
GGuest UserGreat location with 2 supermarkets nearby and the staff were very friendly! The room was bigger than I thought and there was a sofa in it. I have a good experience in it! btw I like their Croissant

GGuest UserWe stayed for a concert at Wembley. On check in the reception staff gave is lots of helpful information - the 92 bus goes directly to Wembley stadium, and that it would be a slightly different pick up point.
We actually decided to walk back rather than join the crowded public transport, but it was quite a long walk, I’d recommend walking a short way out of the crowds then back on the 92.
The room was nice & bed very comfortable. We slept well. Breakfast was nice with a mix of continental & English breakfast items.
I’d definitely stay again.
GGuest UserI was greeted warmly and was also informed that I was upgraded which was a lovely surprise. The room was spacious and clean and the note in my room informed me of my member perks which was a late check out which I was also able to take advantage of. Overall, I was able to enjoy the location with the shopping centre a few stops away and also work in peace. These small upgrades really just made my day better and helped me plan my days.

GGuest UserCheck-in was incredibly complicated and completely self-service. I doubt the average tourist would even be able to get through the main door. How do you manage the self-service access control? The logic doesn't make sense! My friend, who lives here, came to my rescue at lightning speed. The receptionist I met was a property manager. He didn't care how you booked the room, nor did he even check your check-in receipt. He simply said, ”We don't care. We haven't received any updates. We won't give you a key.” We called Charles Hope ourselves, and the Indian English operator would have easily outmaneuvered 90% of our compatriots.
I suggest Ctrip conduct a stricter review. This isn't a hotel, it's a secondary rental agency. It's better to book with Airbnb, where the questions and answers are quicker. There were other people's hair in the bathtub and sticky food residue on the plate.
The male receptionist at the door was extremely volatile. He started complaining the moment I approached, before I even started talking... If I hadn't been in a hurry, I would have complained!
EErrol BallyBedroom,was comfy,and the customer service,was good aswell,had no issues,with anything,agood stay,would stay there again,but I did notice,the price went up for the weekend,come Monday was reduced.
GGuest UserThe location is remote, except for a small supermarket, there are basically no businesses nearby; disposable toiletries are not provided; if you have poor sleep quality, it is not recommended to stay; there is always the sound of trains (it seems to end around 12 o'clock and start again at around 4 o'clock in the morning); The biggest advantage is the convenient transportation. It is just opposite the exit of Northfield Station on the Piccadilly Line of the Metro. It is about 6 or 7 stops to Heathrow Airport (you can get there in 20 minutes); it is about 10 more stops to the city (30 minutes). (left and right to King's Cross), and the breakfast is an unexpected surprise, 7 pounds per person, buffet breakfast, drinks coffee, bread, fruit, cakes, etc. are very complete. This breakfast is good value for money, it is recommended to buy it when checking in (9 pounds per person on site)
AAirborn63The hotel is conveniently located two minutes from a picadilly line station. First impression is good and the hotel also has an indian restaurant at the ground floor of this converted 3 story building.
There was nobody at reception and the whole check in and out experience was off putting. There is no lift and my room was on the second floor at the back which meant more steps up and down.
The room itself was nice and modern with view over the garden, bathroom is on the small size but clean. Fridge, coffee machine, kettle and tea, coffee, water available. Nice view over the garden.
Although modern the lack of lift and the inadequate check in and out process let this place down. Certainly not worth the almost €150 paid excluding breakfast.
BBrcicGreat communication and friendly staff (they gladly received our packages mailed to the hotel and allowed us to check-in earlier than specified). But rooms could be cleaner - it was quite dusty around the corners. Sheets were clean and nice. It's a small room, but one can't complain due to great location in our case and low pricing. We used it only for sleeping though (too much sights to see around London!).
