Upon arriving at the hotel, I was shocked to find that my reservation was canceled due to an overbooking on the platform. There was no room available for me and my friend. It was already 1 AM, and after a long day of work, I was extremely frustrated. I wasn't the only guest encountering this issue. Fortunately, the manager managed to arrange a room for us at a sister hotel for the night. The biggest hassle was dragging our luggage around, and with an important meeting scheduled for the next day, we had no choice but to wait. We then went to the sister hotel nearby, exhausted. The compensation was a free taxi ride, but even that was problematic as the driver was not very familiar with the hotel's address, wasting more time. Eventually, after almost an hour and a half, we managed to check in. The next morning, we had to rush off early, feeling quite wronged, but I was too tired to complain further. Thankfully, the hotel manager remembered me, and the transition back to the original hotel the next day went smoothly. The whole trip ended on a positive note. However, I recommend that everyone should allow extra time and check in early to pick up the room keys, as I believe such issues will continue to occur. Good luck to all.
Hotel room size is decent, however the noise insulation is quite bad. I could hear people walking and talking loud in the corridor in the morning which affected my sleeps. Also we found a sim card on the bed when we checked in, that’s a bit weird. Breakfast is nice too have a wide range of food to choose from, they refilled the food quite quickly.

2. Convenience: There is a McDonald's next door, a restaurant downstairs, and free water and milk downstairs.
3. Hygiene: relatively clean.
4. Comfort: The bed is very, very small and I dare not turn over, and the room is also small.
5. Cost-effectiveness: medium.
6. Meals: There are many types of breakfast
Summary: It’s okay to temporarily oversleep for one night.

The Hotel was very clean & based on a perfect road with much public vehicles. The only bad thing was, that the TV was not a smart tv and we could not connect a phone. The elevator broke on our second day of our 6 days trip but it was still fine. Would come back.

The hotel is close to the train station and it takes 5 minutes to walk to the hotel. The environment is quiet. There are many supermarkets nearby. It is very convenient to buy things. The hotel staff is friendly. The only bad thing is that the room is too thin.
I caught an early flight to Venice. It was a great choice for an airport hotel. I arrived late and left early. I couldn’t provide any comments on the environment. It was just that the transportation was convenient. No complaints. The price-performance ratio was okay.

Excellent
SSpace TravellersThe room is reasonable size but the interior is a bit old. It is located very near to Ealing Common Station and within walkable distance to Ealing Broadway Station whereby there are more shops down there.
The hotel restaurant staffs are very friendly and they always welcome you with a big smile and hello to brighten your day.
AAnonymous UserHotel is located right next to North Acton Station. Very convenient to head to town. It only takes 20 mins on the circle line to reach Marble Arch Station.
They serve both hot and cold breakfast. The usual cereals, fruits, yogurt, toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and baked beans. Their croissant is very nice.
Rooms are spacious, had a sofa in the room and bed is comfortable too.
I stayed fir 5 nights and it was an excellent choice. I will stay here again considering the rate that we paid and their servuce and amenities are good.

Very Good
GGuest UserThis is a hotel with a very good price/performance ratio. The location is very convenient. It only takes half an hour to get to Oxford Circus. There is a large shopping mall 2 stations nearby. There are also most shops and a lot of food. The breakfast service in the hotel is very good. The waiters Soad and PedRo Briton are very enthusiastic. The buffet breakfast also has optional items, such as grill fish. The room is very tidy and has a clean bathtub. At this price, you can't find anything else in London that is this clean and tidy. The room is as big as Hotel with good location, will definitely come again next time👍🏻😊
AAlexander RobertExcellent service, especially when trip messed up the booking. Worked to help us resolve it and then gave us free breakfast as an apology for a mistake that wasn't even theirs.
GGuest UserThe location is remote, except for a small supermarket, there is basically no business; no disposable toiletries are provided; if the quality of sleep is poor, it is not recommended to stay; there will always be train sound (it seems to end around 12 o'clock, and it starts again at 4 o'clock in the morning); The biggest advantage is the convenient transportation, just opposite the exit of Northfield Station on the Piccadilly Line, and it seems to be 6,7 stops to Heathrow Airport (within 20 minutes); There are about 10 stops to the city (about 30 minutes to King's Cross). In addition, breakfast is an unexpected surprise, 7 pounds, buffet breakfast, beverage coffee, bread, fruit, cakes, etc. are very complete, this breakfast is good value for money, it is recommended to buy when checking in (buy 9 pounds on the spot)
AAirborn63The hotel is conveniently located two minutes from a picadilly line station. First impression is good and the hotel also has an indian restaurant at the ground floor of this converted 3 story building.
There was nobody at reception and the whole check in and out experience was off putting. There is no lift and my room was on the second floor at the back which meant more steps up and down.
The room itself was nice and modern with view over the garden, bathroom is on the small size but clean. Fridge, coffee machine, kettle and tea, coffee, water available. Nice view over the garden.
Although modern the lack of lift and the inadequate check in and out process let this place down. Certainly not worth the almost €150 paid excluding breakfast.
GGuest UserOnly 5 mins away from North Action Station.
Great services, nice room and the breakfast is good.
A new Chinese supermarket nearby, but could find any restaurants around.
There is a huge shopping mall, Westfield, in Whitecity, which is just two stations away.
Price paid is good value for money 😉

AAnita SoThe hotel has got a modern design. Everything is new. Having Air-con is superb. Room is spacious. But there is no refrigerator.
No amenities other than shampoo and toilet paper.
Good location situated 10-12min from Ealing Broadway tube station
OOxygenTravellerTo be honest, the hotel is good for its price in London. Very suitable if you are taking flight to Heathrow. Also if you wanna explore London in a budget.
The is a sisha smoking set up during the night, which gives unsafe vibes. However, during my stay I didn't have any hassles. There were few noises that disturb the sleep.

BBrcicGreat communication and friendly staff (they gladly received our packages mailed to the hotel and allowed us to check-in earlier than specified). But rooms could be cleaner - it was quite dusty around the corners. Sheets were clean and nice. It's a small room, but one can't complain due to great location in our case and low pricing. We used it only for sleeping though (too much sights to see around London!).
