Great location with free parking so very good for people who travel with car. Rooms were great, but old but good value. Within walking distance from metro, 20 minutes to Piccadilly Circus.

The room was perfect for a good night sleep. Clean and comfy bed. They have a nice selection of complementary teas and coffees as well which makes an huge difference upon arrival.
Breakfast was included and the lady was smiling and taking care of special food requirements

Great hotel. We always stay here if we are attending an event at Wembley. The rooms, service, and food are excellent, and ALL staff are friendly and helpful.

It’s a bit of a walk from the underground station and going up the stairs was difficult with luggage. But once I was pointed in the right direction, there were signs to the hotel and it was easy enough to find. The hotel had amazing staff. The room was small but clean. The breakfast was excellent. Loved it.
