Room is comfortable and nicely equipped. Note there is no minibar for the standard room. Cleanliness of cups and utensils was OK, but the norm for the UK

I caught an early flight to Venice. It was a great choice for an airport hotel. I arrived late and left early. I couldn’t provide any comments on the environment. It was just that the transportation was convenient. No complaints. The price-performance ratio was okay.

This was our second visit to the Premier Inn at Ealing, which was very convenient for us visiting family in the area. We had a lovely room which was spotlessly clean and looked as if it had been refurbished lately. Comfortable bed, large tv, tea making facilities and plenty hanging space. Lovely bathroom with fluffy towels. A warm welcome and nice buffet breakfast enjoyed. Also cosy lounge area with half price cocktails during happy hour. A five minute walk from Ealing Broadway train station and shopping centre, so an ideal location. Recommended.

came on a school trip, staid 5 days. and the rooms here were actually really comfortable despite it being a three star hotel. the breakfast is great with a wide variety of food options,. great service and friendly staff. highly recommend for tourists!!!!!!!!

Overall nice time. Clean, breakfast ok, bed relatively comfortable. But pease do not offer early check in if it is not feasible. Almost ruined my plans for the day. Room was not ready until 2 PM, 3 hours after supposed check in. Manager was an absolute delight however.

The hotel is located on the main road but I had a room on the other side. It was a good experience overall, everything was perfect from the room to the breakfast. Hotel ambience was very welcoming. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely go back in future.
