Room is comfortable and nicely equipped. Note there is no minibar for the standard room. Cleanliness of cups and utensils was OK, but the norm for the UK

I caught an early flight to Venice. It was a great choice for an airport hotel. I arrived late and left early. I couldn’t provide any comments on the environment. It was just that the transportation was convenient. No complaints. The price-performance ratio was okay.

Great location , friendly staff and helpful . Room cleaned to perfection . Location is perfect and well connected to the Ealing Broadway. Great stay will definitely come back and stay love the energy and the vibe of the hotel .overalll happy wit everything

The staff was great. The receptionist and breakfast team were very welcome. The room was spotless and they impress us with a little sweet surprise. We will definitely come back. Thank you to all the team and management for an incredible experience
