Staff is helpful and friendly. Room is spacious and clean. Easy to go around. Good window view. Everything is great except no fridge. It stops me from booking it for a long stay.

The lobby service is polite. The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the subway station. The transportation is very convenient. There are many bus lines from the main road. The only bad thing is that the room lighting is too dark.

The hotel is about an 8-minute walk from the Ealing Boardway subway station. It belongs to the center of this area, but it is not as crowded as Zone 1 / 2.
