Travelodge London Park Royal Hotel

Very good !

Stayed with my wife in the early May 7-10, my friend was booked me this cheaper hotel when we was visiting the London from Turkey for few days. We wanted say Thank You to Tota the reseptionist for helpful with direktions about London and she make sure to given us the room looking at the back, less noisy and view greenery from window. We wanted extend our stay but was expensive so we book the acton traveloge hotel near, it was good and have the hot breakfast. Thanx Tota and visit us in Turkey we will be happy to have you!

Carpets were all stained and door lock broke. Constant slamming of doors and banging throughout the night into early hours. Door lock was broke. Had the tube on outside of room very noisy too. No restaurant attached and nowhere for breakfast near by. No outside area to sit or bar etc. had to purchase another room on top of a family room as very small and the same size of a double. Only diff is they provide two single foldout beds.

Checked out yesterday and had a call from the very rude receptionist who laughed at me for asking for something a hotel would provide! She tells me she thought my number was the matienance man who works for travelodge she didn't make sense it freaked me nobody was there when I booked in nobody answered the phone terrible won't be coming back

Just a quick shout out to Tota at reception i believe she is a supervisor. I commend her professionalism dealing with guests smoking in the room next to mine. the corridor was smelling of cigs and she gave them a warning and made it clear that they will get evicted if they continue disturbing other guests, including myself. She is rly polite and cares about customers' needs. Having worked in the hospitality industry previously myself, I wanted to thank her. She helped me with directions to nearest stations too

The room in the photos online is very different from reality. I am very disappointed because after intense sightseeing I wanted to take a bath and sleep. Unfortunately, a dirty bathroom, unpleasant smell and very noisy environment were not conducive to regeneration. Too bad :( Pleasant service

Tota was amazingly helpful and polite Great customer service during my stay at London Park Royal. Nothing was a problem and all questions were answered and good knowledge provided about the area and transport. Great to have such good customer service. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Near tube station in Zone 3. Went into central London but nice shopping and eating ops in Ealing. Hotel was lovely, good car park, nice staff. Just a problem with shower and hot water but we managed so didn’t say anything. If you’re staying a few days I would say something - I imagine staff would do their best to help. We had an issue with what looked like a long term issue with the shower mechanism attached to the bath in our room.

Tota was very helpful and went out of the way to help me! She was very hospitable, had a friendly vibe and wore a smile on her face throughout! She is someone who you would want at the reception to let your customers feel welcome and at home. I wish her all the best in her future endeavours!
