"I had a fantastic stay at StarNest Willesden Junction! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and well-organized. The apartment was spotless, stylishly furnished, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay — fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy bed.
The location is excellent, just a short walk to Willesden Junction station, making it super easy to get around London. Despite being so well-connected, the area was peaceful and quiet at night, which I appreciated after long days of exploring the city.
The host was exceptional — friendly, responsive, and professional, and check-in was seamless. Overall, StarNest Willesden Junction felt like a home away from home. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London!"
"Absolutely amazing place to stay, easy to just hop on a bus to the tube station to find the main tourist places to go. Staff are friendly and will do anything they can to accommodate you. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"Stayed at Ark for one night when watching a concert at Wembley. The location was amazing, a 5 minute walk to the stadium and all the food outlets.
Didn't really get a chance to use the kitchen facilities, but having a fridge was great for having cold drinks and tea/coffee was provided.
Check in was easy, bed was comfy and after the concert we were back in the room within 10 minutes. Highly recommend."
"I'm Korean. I felt a little uncomfortable every time I went in because of the smell of cigarettes. I opened the window and went out, but since the floor is also carpeted, the smell must have permeated. And seeing people smoking on the street without a care made me think they smoked at home too. I found a cigarette butt as soon as I entered, but it seemed like the cleaning staff smoked it. Other than that, the rest of the place was spacious and clean, and Queen's Park Station was 5 minutes away, which was nice."
"The hotel service is warm, clean, and tidy, with cozy and spacious rooms. The hotel's location is excellent, and the housekeeping staff are also very friendly. The front desk sister is also warm and welcoming. The room prices are very reasonable! Gained more than one comfortable and enjoyable stay, as well as worldly fireworks."
"It was really nice to stay here.
You can have a delicious breakfast every day at an overwhelmingly cheaper price than central London!
It is also attractive to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
Hair dryer was available for rental!
Compact but clean, and you have everything you need.
The staff are really friendly and helpful to everyone.
The bus stop was in front of me, and the road to the station for about 15 minutes was easy to walk and comfortable."
"1. The hotel's check-in instructions will be put in the trash by the mailbox, and we are not the only ones to encounter this. Therefore, the day before check-in, be sure to check the trash can in your mailbox.
2. The area around the apartment is very convenient. Costa cafes, supermarkets of various sizes, and street fast food restaurants are all very close.
3. The hotel has a parking lot, but you cannot choose it when booking. Therefore, you must contact the hotel via email one day in advance. After booking a parking space and paying the parking fee, you will receive instructions for entering and exiting the parking lot.
4. The apartment has two entrances, so you need to pay attention to which room you booked. The entrance with the smaller apt number is on the high road, next to the bus station. The entrance with the large apt number is at the entrance of a small road.
5. Do not try to contact the management staff by phone, because their phone numbers cannot be reached at all. However, they reply to emails very quickly."

Very Good
AAnonymous UserI stayed one night for work, got a great deal from Trip.com. The hotel is under one minute walk from Wembley Park station with lot of places to eat nearby and few minutes’ walk from the Designer Outlet. Room was big, clean, well maintained with good amenities like ironing board and iron. There’s a fridge in the room with free bottles of water and tea/ coffee making facilities. It was a good stay, though I was there on a non event/match day so it was quite nice and quiet in my room.
GGuest UserBeautiful room. It’s got everything you need: fridge, microwave, iron, ironing board and a hairdryer. Could do with a mirror in the room but apart from this everything was lovely. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff so friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a lovely time.
AAnonymous UserI only stayed for the night so my review can’t be as detailed. But, it was a decent place to stay the night in. Wasn’t loud during the night and the staff were friendly. Room and bathroom were more spacious than I thought it’d be. Only issue was the cleanliness as the TV remote was really dusty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long while. Kettle also seemed to be quite old and a bit dirty. The sockets also had some kind of smelly substance around it which immediately grossed me out. Will still give it a 6.5/10
GGuest UserWe were attending an event at Wembley Stadium, and this hotel was perfect as it is a 5 min walk from the stadium and made our evening so much easier. It was very expensive for one night as the prices were put up for the concert, which was a bit disappointing. We were also slightly disappointed with the breakfast as the only options available were continental, which was not what we paid for. However, all in all we were impressed with the fantastic rooms which were lovely and the hotel generally is very clean, well decorated and a great place to sleep, and would definitely consider coming back!
GGuest UserCan’t fault the location of this hotel if you’re visiting either Wembley Stadium or Wembley Arena both in walking distance which is why we booked it. Other hotels nearby were £300-£400 plus, we paid £190 for our room, for that you get no frills, by that I mean a clean bed and towels but no toiletries. The stickyback plastic covering had come away from the bottom of the shower. The floorboards creaked badly when you walked around the room (felt sorry for the people underneath) and the carpet had clearly seen better days. A nice long mirror in the room but no plugs nearby to do your hair or make up. Lighting not efficient for either of those tasks, wall light barely hanging on the wall and the general look of the room was very dated and shabby. For the money we expected a nicer room than we got and with a little money and effort it could have been. So for us not a particularly pleasant stay.
GGuest UserThe reception staff were really lovely, I don't get there until late , I didn't have a charger for my phone I think her name was Abbie (not sure) she was very helpful and lent me her own personal charger for the night .
Also my remote control for my TV was missing she went and found me one.
Gave me directions to a fab pizza place .
DDomingas SousaStaff is very friendly, safe, and security !Rooms are clean daily ! Great rooms .Your own shower toilets on every floor have a nice cafe already and a lounge and another big lounging area!
苏苏The location of the hotel is relatively good, nearby is the queen's park station, nearby killburn is very convenient for eating and supermarkets, the room is on a relatively quiet side road.
The hotel is a house remodeled, there are about 11 rooms, each room has its own bathroom and kitchen. Our room is very small, very small, almost impossible to open the suitcase (other rooms seem to be ok), and the dust on the ground is relatively large, we bring our own slippers, we change slippers when we return to the room, I think the landlord did not mop the floor , After taking a shower, the house is full of footprints. The hotel provides shampoo, shower gel and hand sanitizer.
Of the four hangers, one of them is still torn. It may be a hanger that the tenants bought clothes before, and there is no place to hang the clothes after washing. There is no way to completely put down the curtains. The quality of the bed is relatively poor, and the bed is stiff after 5 days of staying in the UK.
RRichardPolite staff. Room was nice and quite, as requested. Very clean bathroom. Rudely awoken from the other guest shouting in the hallway, this went on for 2 hour!!! 12:30am until 02:30. Staff apologetic but nothing more done.
LLorena Viera RodríguezThe hotel is not that far but around 40 min by metro to any place in the center, so is still but you need to count with that extra travel time in your holidays schedule.
About the hotel, the rooms are quite good and clean. Just smalls toilets and showers but as almost all hotels around. I would just say that is in a roundabout so kite busy and cars noice if your windows are open, if not is ok.
The personal was really kind and seems they are 24hours in the place and quite disponible.
We stayed two nights and they gave given new towers for the second day.
The neighborhood is calm around, but with supermarkets and restaurants.
Definitely, a good price quality relation.
