We were sad to learn the pool was going to be shut down half way through our stay even though we called ahead of time to make sure it was working. Good price for the location and cleanliness. Would not recommend getting breakfast for the food but the service was good.

Checkin was smooth. Room was clean and spacious. Only issue was on of the nights I stayed they forgot to makeup by room, which I was told that I had to alert front desk to get my room cleaned. Location was kind of a letdown but nearest mall was white oaks.

Super impressed with the gentleman in the restaurant who offered to deliver my food to our room as I was travelling alone with my 5 yr old grandson… deserves some praise! The other staff were good… just a small suggestion to elevate your facility… have real coffee cups and 2 real glasses for water… all we had was 2 paper cups for water/coffee/juice.. had to rinse out for the different liquids… a bit ‘sub-par’ for the Ramada name :)

Could use new door on bathroom. Bed was very comfy. Great price

Good service and hospitality

First of all, I would like to give a thumbs up to Ctrip's customer service! The room type we booked originally included two breakfasts, but when we checked in, the hotel insisted that breakfast was not included. Ctrip helped us negotiate but failed and quickly refunded the money for two breakfasts. So it was just over ¥300 a night. The bedroom area was OK, the facilities were complete, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was too small and the facilities were outdated. The public area was a mess, and there were bags of garbage in the corridor. It seemed that many low-quality guests came to party. The soundproofing was very poor. Someone was talking in the corridor in the middle of the night, and the sound of the TV next door could be heard. Ramada is really good at playing bad, and Wyndham's hotels are really worse than each other.

Couch was gross with stains on it. Bed looked grimy. No bed skirt around the stained box spring… very little effort to make the customer feel ok spending $200 a night.

I had rented the room for family coming in to help with renovations. When I went to pay they wanted a credit card to put a deposit on. My card was maxed until my payment for my renos went through, so I didn't want to have it go over my limit and get stuck with unnecessary charges. I was totally fine with giving the card, per policy, but wanted everything to be charged to my Visa Debit. No way and nothing but rude and condescending tone from the front desk. My sister ended up having to use her credit card which left me feeling a bit embarrassed. Also a woman was also trying to check in but didn't have a credit card, just a Visa Debit that works just like a credit card anywhere else. Unfortunately she had to leave and go find lodging. No empathy just cold and rude. My sisters stay was not the best. The hotel was no where near capactiy but the room given was directly acroos from the ice machines where you would here the machine making the ice throughout the night and other guests getting ice. The bedding was thin and when after asking for more she was told housekeeping may not have any extra but they would bring some if they did. They never brought any or called back to say they didn't have any. Its ok she didn't mind being cold throughout the night. Overall it was just a bad experience that really could've been different with staff that cared. Will not book here again and will tell all I know not to as well!

My son and I stayed here recently and loved this place. It was very affordable the rooms were nice and clean. The beds were comfortable as well. We really liked the pool. We had so much fun just the 2 of us for a short getaway. We decided that anytime we’re in London, this is we’re we are staying. We will be back.

Just would have liked to know prior to arriving that the pool temp couldn't be controlled (no heat in the pool) Otherwise fine overall for the price. Man at front desk was nice.

Pool was extremely cold. Paul in the restaurant was amazing and food was great too with good prices. Rooms were on the smaller size but okay for the price point.

Very decent hotel for the awesome price. Room was large and basically comfortable, no bells no whistles… tv was small and fuzzy reception…if you want a room in London around 100$ I would stay here because I’ve stayed in all the $100 hotels there and they are horrible! The Ramada is not!
