Hotel was quiet considering how close it was to the highway. There is nothing walkable to. Hotel has 1 restaurant but that's about it. We drove to a town about 15 mins away to have dinner. Room was adequate.. bed was fairly comfy, room appeared clean. Fridge was on way too low to be useable. Breakfast was typical.. some hot foods, fruit, juices, bagels, toast, yogurt, coffee. I don't typically risk any of the hot food so settled with a yogurt, a piece of toast and coffee. This location was convenient for our purpose and the price was good for what it was.
There was a big mixup with Trip.com not having sent the hotel our payment confirmation but that wasn't the hotel's fault. We resolved it quickly.

To be honest, I was disappointed. We had a handicap room The railing they put n the bathroom for the toilet on the side was too low. It was a cold weekend and the heater wouldn’t stay on and a dehumidifier was on and off every 5 min. I was thirsty and they have a soft drink machine that only takes coins. The breakfast is in a nice restaurant but they have switched to a buffet style like most hotels. It was clean, staff was wonderful ,the bed was comfy, amenities were great, but it was different from the last time I stayed. there has been some cutbacks

The only problem was the in house restaurant. You need to make sure that you make a reservation otherwise (as we experienced) there was no eating spaces available for dinner.
However, lots of great restaurants nearby (8-9 km away) and a large indoor mall & other key stores around these restaurants as well.

It was clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was really good with lots of variety. The only thing I didn't like was the water pressure in the shower.
