Lonavala Hotels with Swimming Pools

We recently stayed at Picaddle Resorts & Spa in Lonavala, having enjoyed a positive experience during a previous visit a year ago where 10 rooms were booked (bulk booking). Unfortunately, our recent stay fell significantly short of our expectations. 3 rooms were booked in my wife's name siddhi. Firstly, we encountered difficulties in contacting the property. The phone numbers listed on Google and their website were either incorrect or unreachable despite multiple attempts. Secondly, our requests for a higher floor room and early check-in for one room (due to a senior citizen in our group) were not accommodated at the time of arrival despite being communicated in advance. Furthermore, the quality of service was inconsistent. The deluxe room had a cracked washbasin, which was reported to the staff but not addressed. The executive room was assigned on the ground floor next to the reception, despite our preference for a different location (which staff again denied that such request was made). When we raised these concerns with the General Manager, Mr. Nikhil Parab, his response was dismissive and lacked empathy. He stated that room allocations are random and that no alternative arrangements could be made due to full occupancy. This lack of customer focus and proactive problem-solving is deeply concerning. While our previous experience at Picaddle was positive, our recent stay has left us extremely disappointed. We strongly advise future guests to exercise caution when considering this property.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Food: unfortunately, the food quality was below average. The options were limited, and the flavors didn't meet expectations, which was a bit disappointing. Amenities: the hotel amenities were well-maintained and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. The gym and pool were clean, and other facilities were also in good condition. Location: the location of the hotel was convenient, close to popular attractions and well-connected to transportation options, making it easy to explore the area. Service: the service was commendable; the staff was attentive, friendly, and willing to assist whenever needed. They made the stay more enjoyable with their helpful attitude. Overall, it's a good hotel for a stay if food isn’t a major factor in your decision.

We had the best stay - smooth and easy check in and check out!!! Thank you to the entire team especially the few names we remember - thank you Payal and Prashant :) thank you Mahadev, pooja Shreyas and Sachin ! The pool was clean and amazing the rooms with the balcony was just perfect for our one day vacation and anniversary celebration in fact the team surprised us with a cake and complimentary hi tea! The breakfast spread was so huge and amazingly delicious The property is lush green and beautiful super clean fresh and very comfortable and elite! We will henceforth always come stay here!

We all as a family were looking for a place to relax , unwind and have a family get together ..We all decided to stay at Flora Eco Stay, Lonavala for 1 night...The stay was very comfortable and relaxing...The upkeep of the rooms was good . Excellent service by the team at the hotel and front office...Just to add we had a amazing dinner and breakfast at the property .. Will recommend to my contacts and will visit again for sure...Thanks Team Flora Eco stay for your excellent Hospitality...

Excellent hotel, very good cooperative staff. The hotel staff are very polite. Near the market. The hotel also has amenities like a big swimming pool, table tennis, and carrom. They have given room at a very reasonable price. Worth staying in this hotel. The room is spacious and has an extra bed. Comfortable for family Ample car parking space.
