*stay* the beds were shaking and making noise and the bathroom door lacked a lock, leading to discomfort. *welcome drink* the welcome drink is not offered unless specifically requested. *rooms* due to indoor wedding event, the lack of soundproofing in the rooms caused significant noise disturbance. *hygiene kits* hygiene kits, such as dental and shaving kits are only provided upon request and are not consistently available in the bathroom. *washroom* despite room cleaning, there was a persistent unpleasant odor coming from the washroom.

It was a good stay, the rooms and facilities were nice, restaurant having lot of options, foods served was nice, however south indian food like dosa and uttapam were not upto the mark. Also it was insisted multiple times to use the inhouse spa services, which sometimes created irritation, however owner behaviour was awesome. Overall a good stay and i would like to give another visit whenever in lonavala.

Stay was okay. Not bad nor good what is good: bedroom was good and one thing that i liked is extra person has its private space. Property was good, silent and small location is good. All the points are near by the property what is bad: food was very bad and needed lots of improvement, breakfast had very limited items 3-4. Even though we didn't use the swimming pool but saw that it requires daily cleaning
