Old property, location is good just a km away from market, on the road. Old highway. Toilet bathroom clean but old, room space is good but carpet on floor was dirty other wise staffis so cooperative and well mannered. Breakfast just okk not so tasty.

Location of property doesn't matter if u are travel-ling in your own vehicle rooms are well mopped with phenyl etc and so are the common areas outside rooms pool is maintained, but they can do better. Near the pool they don't stock bath towels, so before getting into pool get the bath towels first it has 2 pools current cook makes very yummy food, both veg and non veg. Breakfast is also a good spread however restaurant room service is veey slow. Think they have kept less staff. May is holiday season for kids, hence they need to keep good staff during season to manage a houseful l resort. Only chicken is available, no seafood hotel rates are reasonable. Have nearly 24 hrs hot water in washroom executive rooms have mini fridge, hot water kettle, tea/coffee bags etc toilet has good provision for shampoo and hair conditioner, handwash ac functions well

Checkin was good, the rooms were big enough but very poorly maintained, the toilet was unclean and smelly. The restaurant didn't have much choice bfast was ok, the staff were helpful but needed supervision. Entrance to hotel was only sons no paving

Location is very good. Hotel is located in the heart of city and all the required facilities are just a walk away. Hotel staff are very good and helpful. Swimming pool and other facilities are well maintained. Lot of parking space is available. Rooms & washrooms are specious and well maintained. Overall, a good place for a family of 3-4.

The hotel is good but you have to ask for the basic minimum facilities any hotel provides complimentary. For example: water bottle, soap, etc. People are good. Towels are not up to the mark, old and too much used. Didn’t take any photos as it makes negative impressions.

I would first like to congratulate the make my trip team. You are awesome in your customer service. My respect for your organisation has increased hundred fold. I never thought we could have such a great customer service in india. My respect for all you. I had booked a hotel which at the last moment cancel-led my booking and sold the room at a higher price. When i brought this to your teams notice i got a call from you customer care team and in that call of 20 minutes they gave me three options and once i selected booked the one i chose and gave the booking confirmation by mail. It was an awesome experience. Thank you. Hotel dreamland also has fantastic service. I had gone for a marathon and needed to leave at 2:00 am for the starting point and they not only helped me arrange for vehicle but also made sure that i reached on time. Thank you.
