We had a wonderful stay at Citrus Hotel Lonavala with the family. It was a memorable week filled with comfort and fun. One of the highlights for us was the game room – it was a great space to relax and enjoy some quality time together. The food throughout our stay was amazing – delicious, well-prepared, and satisfying. Overall, everything from the stay to the hospitality made it a truly pleasant experience. It was a truly pleasant stay at Citrus Lonavala, especially during the evening. Dinner at the restaurant was a highlight – the live instrumental music created a relaxing atmosphere, making the experience even more enjoyable. The service from the lady staff was excellent, warm, and attentive. We also loved the cozy setting for watching the IPL match with a drink – a perfect way to unwind. The next morning, the breakfast was like the cherry on top – a delicious spread with great service to match. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Looking forward to coming back again!

Our experience at Citrus Lonavala was truly relaxing and enjoyable. The spa service was excellent – very professional and rejuvenating, just what we needed during our stay. We also received a warm and friendly welcome from the front office team, including the bellboy, which made us feel right at home. A special thanks to the ladies at the restaurant for their kind service and attention to detail – they really enhanced our dining experience. A big thank you to the entire team for their hospitality. We'll definitely be returning!

The front desk staff especially Ms. aagna ( or similar) kills the effort of F&B. F&B is the only scoring point of this hotel. Rooms are not maintained Stains everywhere despite repeat cleaning Pan / pan masala spat in wash basins and not cleaned by housekeeping WC flush gets stuck and water flows out of WC I don’t know the justification of the hotel’s charges and unapologetic attitude of the staff especially front office staff No lift Mosquitoes in restaurant Stay at your own risk

5 of us booked 2 rooms on the 1st floor & had a pleasant stay for 1 night. rooms were well spread out, with a very functional AC. Food was good & service, fast. There's adequate parking slots available. The hotel lacks a lift/elevator, hence best to check with the hotel if you are travelling with members who have trouble climbing stairs.

Hotel was near railway station and aslo near bus stand. Hotel ambiance was good. Thanks for rasika very Friendly and helpful. I asked some food related question he meet me to restaurant staff his name was wasim he was so polite and helpful and aslo good suggestive food knowledge. His suggest me mutton bhunaa and the food was made by chef sukhchan so delicious. We suggest everyone to citrus must visit.

Good ambience, good food, room was nice and clean with all amenities . Ghulam was very helpful person he was doing good service. Location is near to main road but quiet. Ample car parking is available. Service was very good.thanks for Wasim for good service and very polite and helpful person

Lovely food and excellent service by Pravin and Shital. Value for money. Good ambience. Swimming pool and play area available. Seafood, tandoori and deserts must try. Room hygiene and sanitation is good too. Atmosphere outside is peaceful and less crowd.
