Had a wonderful Italian Meal with the rains & the valley in the background! The Spa experience was so rejuvenating- would definitely go back for it. The view from our room was mind blowing as were the amenities & cleanliness! Did some pottery , got a portrait sketched & got wet in the rains on the terrace with a beautiful valley view ! Definitely a wonderful stay !

Duke's Retreat Khandala has been our go-to hotel to soak in the beauty of the Ghats during monsoon season. No other hotel can match the location and views it offers. We paid a visit here yesterday to have lunch. The restaurant manager on duty was very welcoming. The lunch hours had officially closed by the time we reached, yet we received a warm welcome by the hotel staff. The Chef, Vijay, prepared a simple yet delicious, fresh and warm meal. We had home style Chicken Curry, mixed vegetable and Phulka. The portion sizes were very good. We were delighted to see the new renovated version of this hotel. The Italian restaurant on the first level is semi open and overlooks the waterfalls. The garden and walkway is fresh and green with interesting plants. The swimming pool is clean and inviting. Would love to return here to spend a couple of nights.

Brand new experience at refurbished property.. excellent hospitality, kudos to all staff, they take good care of you during stay. Food, rooms, pool all 5 star. Bala and Kiran demonstrated excellent skills at pottery and caricature respectively.. Navin shikayla milale..

The stay was very pleasant. The staffs are very helpful. Right from the check in to check out, everything was hassle free. The activities are also very engaging. Particularly the pottery. Mr. Balakrishna was awesome with his work. Horse riding & caricature. All the activities were wonderful. We stayed at Cliff view room. The rooms are very neat & tidy. Overall awesome experience.

There is free pottery session available and Blakrishna is highly passionate potter. He gave us a lot of information about the art of pottery, govt schemes around pottery and how this art which is neglected here is quite the craze in the west, and used as Therapy there. All in all a great experience!!
