The stay was pleasant. The hotel is nicely located with an awesome view from most of the delux rooms. The staff is helpful and kind. We were lucky to get a complementary upgrade. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for budget hotel yet with luxury.

First, the four star parts - the staff and the clean / comfortable room, the attached restaurants too. For the rest - a bit average. The incessant, repetitive lobby music, a day and some with no WiFi, chairs but no loungers for the pool. Location a little noisy too, but it is central, so to expected.

We organized my dad's 75th birthday celebration at REGENTA, Lonavala, and it was truly an amazing experience. We booked their banquet hall for a full day, followed by high tea on the terrace, which added a beautiful touch to the event. Additionally, we arranged rooms for our guests traveling from across the country. A special mention to the staff — Rambhushan, Pramod Singh, Mrityunjay, Mahendra Singh, and Madam Muskan — for their exceptional service and making the event unforgettable. The hotel rooms and the entire property were impeccably clean and hygienic. The food selection, preparation, and presentation were top-notch, leaving all our guests thoroughly impressed. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or more attentive staff for such a special occasion. Highly recommend REGENTA, Lonavala, for any celebration or stay. Rooms: Clean, tidy & elegant! Safety: entire hotel team is ready to assist you anytime with any issue. Food and drinks: Tase, Preparation, presentation, all is just perfect.

Our stay here was awesome. The hospitality was top notch. All the staff members were very humble and they were super ready for any kind of assistance. Nirmala mam at the reception was very kind and she always made sure we were comfortable with our stay. Sahil, srushti, satyam were very helpful and kind. We stayed here for our first wedding anniversary and got a complementary cake too. The pool area is very nice with a beautiful view. Food was very yummy and had many varieties. The service here is excellent and I would recommend everyone to book the stay here without even a single thought.

Amazing stay in the main town of lonavla. Ambience is too good. Staffs are too cooperative. We must visit again with family. Cafeteria food is very tasty and cosy ambiance. The roof top infinitely Swimming pool is amazing. Kids enjoyed a lot. Thank you.

It's nice experience. Breakfast is also impressive. Only issue with my Queen Suze room's bed . Clean room...Good service. Location is on main road so little bit traffic issue there. After all it's good experience i can say we can again come...............

They stay was comfortable. Staff is co-operative and gave all their effort despite heavy footfall. Overall a good stay in the middle of Lonavala. Would recommend this place to travellers who want to stay within Lonavala city in the middle of all the buzz.
