We have visited to Sterling Lonavala for my wife's birthday celebrations….team had made very good decorations for celebrations…it was totally surprise for wife and they made it possible Thanks Team…relax appreciate your efforts. food quality is also very good..all meals had good selection.

I visited the restaurant for lunch and loved the food. Smity greeted me with her charming smile and also suggested me a few food options to try. Good vibes of the restaurant, can definitely recommend this place for some delicious food and tea.

The experience was outstanding. The staff were helpful and considerateSpecifically Mr Anil Housekeeping Manager and Chef Amol. Resort is maintained well and food is outstanding! We found this perfect for a fam vacation. We saw an astrologer too so go ahead and get to know about your zodiac sign .

Beautiful property with outstanding hospitality.The housekeeping team did amazing leaf and towel art in our room.Food was mouth watering, we could relish on it. Though stayed just for two nights we could see many families enjoying .Overall we had great experience and we would surely comeback with our families next time.

Cleanliness zero. Toilet & bathing area absolutely filthy and was not cleaned when we were given the room... Soap dispenser extremely dirty with unused liquid soap filled in it. Old worn out and undusted furniture. Room was not cleaned when we were given the room, only bedsheet was changed. Air-condition was okay. Television was okay. We ordered aloo paratha for breakfast, it did come hot but there was no salt no chili. Only boiled potato was stuffed in it . Absolutely tasteless. Swimming pool area was okay. Absolutely unhygienic experience.

Rooms are spacious with good housekeeping service. Food quality OK but dining room staff less and service slow. Located in residential area without any shops nearby. No entertainment etc for guests. Small garden. Games like TT Room, Billiards, Carrom & Chess boards provided but not maintained well. - Lift old and defective - Dining room service slow. Less staff - No ice in room service - Small napkins not provided - Tooth paste etc on request only - Fan regulator not working in one room - Tea kettle defective in another room

7 of us , 3 couples and myself spent some quality time , first at Sterling - Stolen Heaven and Sterling ,Lonavla. The stay in both places was extremely good. There were some minor issues in Stolen Heaven. Later we were told that it had opened recently. Surely those problems ŵould be resolved in near future. Our stay at Lonavla was very good. One of the staff there, Tej Singh was extremely helpful and saw to it that we were comfortable. He was very cheerful , caring and soft spoken . We thank him personally for overseeing our stay. He even requested me to say a few words expressing our stay and videoed it. Thank you very much Tej Singh.

It's really a superb experience..Service are great. Special thanks to the Sterling team for making our day an unforgettable one. Special thanks to Mr. Tej Singh for his helpful professional service extended to us into an extra mile and also to Mrs Rupandita for her welcoming behaviour. The complimentary room decorations and freshly made yummy cake provided to us to celebrate my Wife birthday. We are overwhelmed and Thanks again Sterling lonavala team.
