Really amazing hospitality and lovely ambience and service. Very good hospitality from Affan. The rooms were also very spacious and clean. Whenever we needed anything, the staff was always attentive and had a positive attitude. The location of the resort is also very central which makes commuting much easier. Will definitely recommend this place for everyone looking to indulge themselves with luxurious and comfortable stay.

Property is very wll maintained,all staff from reception to room cleaning staff, swimming pool area staff,fun zone staff all are to good ,helpful and wll mannered.Proper cleanliness is maintained and hygiene to.I would suggest every one to visit this property

Located comfortably on main old mumbai Pune highway. Good windy rooms with balcony. Nice restaurants. Overall good stay. There is lot of walking space in the corridors. Good game zone for kids and adults. Nicely stocked bar. Complimentary afternoon high tea.

Very good service for hotel of housekeeping for SAGAR KHARAT Lunch or B/fast too good Swimming pool is very clean and nice water........ Local sightseeing is good place for Lonawala Nearest places is beautiful and this atmosphere very wonderful

This was one of the best saty ever for me ... I specially had visited RHYTHM for my birthday celebration and I had super fun ... The staff is so so caring and helpful I felt pampered ... Even my 2 year old kid enjoyed a lott and was taken extra care.. Mr. Soumya and f & b Jitendra bhai were fab .... My room was decorated in a special manner to make the occasion memorable. Thanks a lot @Rhythm Lonavala for all . We will definately come soon.. Thank you.

Excellent location, one who needs peace can certainly vouch for this. The staff is super polite and helpful. Variety of food with multiple options and taste is awesome. We'll maintained amenities and clean. Rooms are well maintained. Special Thanks to Jitendra as he is very supportive and helps to resolve all queries and questions you have. Very kind towards kids and a good human being. Thanks to Sopan for all help towards our luggage. Very kind ***.

The experience we had was amazing and the property is beautifully preserved being at a prime location in Lonavala. We stayed at the property for 2nights with the direct reservation from their in house team. The reservation team also gave us a special discount for the stay. While we were waiting at the front desk we were really surprise to get an upgrade with the stay. I personally love surprises as the purpose of our visit was Birthday stay. We would have a special mention and give cheers to the staff that was very humble, co-operative and helpful - Ms. Kanika (front desk), Mr. Sumit (managed the luggage) and the buffet restaurant staff. Definitely the staff was exceptionally trained and the gave an excellent hospitality. Apart from the positives, we have had our lows at the property - the food specially the Paneer was not great (should have been more soft and we do not recommend any paneer dishes), also we used the spa service where we had a below average experience due to the therapist (less experienced) my husband had taken a full body de-stress spa and also another package for myself. We did feel upsetting as the steam room did not function properly too. Apart from this we felt
