We enjoyed the stay at Kebon very much! We loved our front Boy (so sorry we forgot his name) he was always smiling and very thoughtful about little things! We had our breakfast pancakes made ”thin” and crispy by him and it was delicious! Everything was clean and still new. This place is recommended for people who look for a more quiet option, away from the busy streets. You will need a bike to get around when you stay here!

I very much warn AGAINST booking at this hotel and want to share my experience with Selong Selo on here to spare others the nightmare we experienced: This hotel essentially took our money and made it impossible to get a refund or rebooking. We had booked a stay at Selong Selo for 2020 - unfortunately Indonesia stopped tourism entries due to Covid and we were stuck discussing back and forth with the hotel, about what to do with our reservation. The first thing we realized was that communication with this hotel is extremely slow and difficult, since very single time someone new responded in what I would deem pretty bad English. Since 2020 we have sent countless emails (many left unanswered) and two years later are yet to get a refund or rebooking for our prepaid reservation of 1.500€. In this time Selong Selo staff has given us the hardest time I have ever experienced with any hotel during Covid: They set absurd deadlines for rebookings (essentially asking us to travel when there were no flights to Indonesia), downgraded the villa category we booked and then took days off our booking in case we rebooked. To be honest we don’t really see how we will get our money back and all this feels like a scam through and through. My verdict is this: Should something go wrong, you are stuck with this hotel and will lose your money. There are plenty of professional hotels in Lombok, so steer clear of Selong Selo!

It is located near epicentrum. This is an okay hotel if you need to re-check your needs to Gili. If you forget some things (Like I do. I forget to bring suimsuit. Wow...isn't it?) I bought some suim suit at the mall. Nail clipper, sunblock too. Other than that, I dunno why I would recommend this hotel. I could have been wiser to spend my money at other hotel. But if you must, don't try their breakfast. Un-hygiene. This is not suitable for family with kids.

We've just returned from this wonderful place. We stayed for 7 days but could of easily stayed for a lot longer. Our room, the staff, the food were absolutely amazing. Oh, sorry, the owners as well were very friendly,helpful, and very knowledgeable. We had breakfast every day, which was lovely. My personal favourite was the muesli. Dinner was a delight. I think my favourite was either the burger or the green curry. Any way all the food was very good. We hired a scooter as we needed to get to kuta to watch the moto gp. The ride which took about 30 mins, was probably our most fun part. We were worried before we arrived that the hotel was a bit out the way, but once we had been out on the scooter we realised it was perfect. It's a short distance to some amazing beaches, and the ride is so scenic. We've already started to play our next trip. Hopefully see you soon Scott and Diane.

Hotel room was clean and comfy, the hotel food was excellent especially the Indian menu as well as Aston burger which was a winner with kids. The service was amazing! Special thanks to Hadi who made our stay pleasant he even took the time to explore the island with my son! The management of the hotel regarding service is the best by far! This was our first trip to the Gili’s. Wow what an amazing place and we nailed the accommodation. The bungalows are spacious and clean, and the housekeeping was excellent. The reception and staff are extremely friendly and professional and arranged everything that we required, from pushbike rentals to private snorkeling tours (which were unforgettable). The food and drinks were delicious and the beach amenities clean and well set out. So good. We will definitely be returning in the near future. M
