Very sure this is the best hotel in Senggigi, or even in Lombok, both by service and design. Make sure to try the swimming pool, and go to the beach club down below. There’s also a gallery that sell stuff like bikinis, hats, sandals, etc, at a very reasonable price. Kudos to the developer and management.

Hotel location is very good. Near Mataram Mall and eateries. Breakfast is also good. Room is big with fridge n good wifi connection.

Pearl of Trawangan was a luxurious, incredibly clean, and central hotel, whilst still being far enough away from the noise of the local bars (5 minute walk from bars). The pool was lovely with a very well kept pool bar, managed by very helpful and attentive staff who couldn’t have been nicer/more accommodating. There were bikes you could hire from 100,000 rupiah (approx £5) per day to make your way round the island as there are no cars on Gili T. The rooms were spacious with a lot of storage, good AC and a comfortable bed. The bathroom area is effectively outside, however there is a canopy and it is always kept spotless by the staff so was still very comfortable. The restaurant was also second to none. They feed you plenty at breakfast time offering complimentary pastries and fruit, and have plenty of options for your “main” breakfast. Our breakfast was included when booking our stay. We also had a lunch and a dinner here, both of which were superb. Having cycled round the whole island, I think we chose the best accommodation on the island. Some of the others, despite looking nice, had pools right by the main road which didn’t offer much privacy, whereas the pool here was set back, still benefitted from the sun shining on it all day, and offered plenty of sun loungers. They also had their own loungers on a designated part of the beach, which is literally 10 steps from the hotel reception, meaning you can enjoy the best of both worlds. Could not recommend enough. We stayed here mid-June 2023.

This hotel is the best in Lombok. If you are looking for a nice place to stay by the beach, pls just book this hotel. I was served by Eric and he even remembered my name! I was there on Christmas day and there are so many guests. His act definitely made me remember this place positively. Will recommend to friends.

Lombok Chinese people rarely stay in Kuta for a week and have not heard Chinesetown is very deserted. The resort is amazing. The beautiful courtyard has a special person who pruning flowers and plants every day. The swimming pool is also very good and the service is very good. The staff will say hello. I think it can be improved: 1. Breakfast is a fixed tea coffee juice fruit + an optional staple food, but most of the choices are Benedict eggs. What is more monotonous? If it is not recommended for more than three days, breakfast at the hotel 2 restaurants There are a lot of flies in the room, and it is very annoying when I eat. Although there is a small fan on the table, it does not work much. However, it is a problem in many restaurants in Lombok. 3 The bathroom is semi-open and connected to the backyard. It is also a night when the lights are on the floor and all the bugs are on the floor. . I’ll call the front desk and tell me to turn off the lights. 😂 I hope these measures can do a good job.

I stayed at this hotel from the 19 to 25 February, 2023 (7D6N), on the 8th floor (8XX). This hotel has very strategic location, especially close to the Mataram Islamic Center. The guest room is minimalist but roomy compared to similar competitors. The variety of breakfast is quite complete. The hotel staff are friendly, starting from the security, receptionists, as well as the restaurant section. What makes it special too, every day the hotel provides free Lombok-style snacks and a mini bar which is filled with soft drinks and snacks every day (free of charge too). Just a suggestion for a safe deposit box so that the size is slightly enlarged, at least it can store a 13 inch laptop 😊. If there is an assignment in the city of Mataram, God willing, I will stay at this hotel again.

The staff is fantastic, everyone worked hard to make us forget the time. From the moment we arrived, they took great care of us, with the aim of making our stay unforgettable. A big plus is the bedding, it is incredibly nice, it is rare to find such good quality mattresses. The location a little away from the center is really a plus, it allows you to sleep peacefully, because the center is really very lively, day and night. You will need to allow 20 minutes on foot and 10 minutes by bike, which are provided by the hotel. The restaurant has a breathtaking view of the sea where every evening, you will have the opportunity to admire the sunset over Bali, while enjoying happy hour. The catering is good, we ate every evening at the hotel and were spoiled. Breakfast is à la carte, which avoids wasting food from buffets, plus the staff will do everything to satisfy your desires. A brilliant design that could effectively be located anywhere, and in this case is a few hundred metres down a dirt road in a village across from the new Moto GP race track about a seven-minute drive from the town centre. The resort consists of entirely self-contained villas -- private little enclaves with their own sunken seating area, dining area and swimming pool. The interior itself is nicely decorated with good materials and workmanship, lots of room for luggage, and a lovely open bathroom with bathtub and rain shower. The staff were first rate, and the resort provides a shuttle service to and from town for the equivalent of $2 each way. That meant it was no inconvenience not to be located right in town, and was well worth it in order to stay at this great place. I'm already thinking about booking here again later in the year.
