Hands down the best stay of our honeymoon trip in lombok. The view and vibes here are astonishing. With the mix of hills and ocean view, a perfect spot for sunset seekers. The staff here is super friendly and very helpful. The bed was big and soft to the skin which led us to sleep peacefully. Bathroom was the main focus for me, experience the joy of soaking yourself and spouse in the large bathtub with a great view of the beautiful lombok. 10/10 would stay again.

This hotel was booked on the same day and I am very satisfied. The advantage is high cost performance and warm service. On Senggigi Beach, just one hotel away from Quincy. The layout design is small and exquisite, and watching the sunset in the restaurant is also beautiful. The disadvantage is that the swimming pool is a bit small, there is no beach outside, it is a reef, but it should be possible to go down from the edge to the beach of other hotels, and you can also walk.

We were guests of Sudamala Lombok for a week as part of our trip to Indonesia. We are fascinated by the complex, by the villa we stayed in, but most of all by the people who work there! They all made our stay unforgettable! Always smiling, always their presence is what sets Sudamala apart from all the other places we've been to. We especially want to thank the manager Mayo, who organizes unforgettable Chinese New Year dinners and presents the island's traditional cuisine. The waiters became skilled artists performing a fire dance! The restaurant also deserves a special mention of the complex, which in our opinion is one of the best in Lombok. Excellent breakfast, many and interesting options for dinner, as well as a good wine list. Undoubtedly Sudamala will be our choice again on our next trip to Lombok

We arrived before sunset and we were sat outside we had awesome cocktails during happy hour then beautiful small plates to share. Location was superb service was excellent and food really tasty. The sunset delivered and the beach club and pool downstairs seemed to be doing a good business. You need to pay entry and then it gets taken off the bill but it was worth it.

Took a 2 hr 20 mins direct Scoot flight from Singapore and then a 1.5 hr car ride to the resort. Booked a car directly from resort and driver was waiting outside after exiting the airport with resort name. We booked the family suite which was the premier suite and the premier room combined, it had a connecting door. Room was huge but no bathtub in either rooms. Separate shower and toilet. There’s also a outdoor shower but I think it’s only for the ground floor units. Comes with safe deposit, kettle and fridge. No ironing board. Their laundry is rather reasonable price. Beds were very comfortable and their air conditioning is cold. We had a few power shut downs but it was resumed very quickly in less than 20 secs. Nice beach but not suitable for swimming as the waves were huge. They have nice pools and sun decks. They have 2 restaurants serving Italian, western and Indonesia food. The Italian restaurant ‘Kliff’ is a must try. Superb food and quality at reasonable prices. Book a table to watch the sunset with Bali island in view. Beautiful sunset. The resort have a spa and gym as well. Tried the spa, prices were very reasonable and cheaper than Bali. Booked their snorkelling trips to the Gili islands and it was awesome! Gili Nanggu was our fav. Will definitely come again, Lombok is more laid back and without the Bali crowds. Things were cheaper too. If you want a nice, relaxing, quiet and good prices, come to Lombok. If you prefer pubs, shopping and crowds, then go to Bali. There’s also public ferries connection between Bali and Lombok. It takes approx 2 hours. Most of them understand simple English and remembers our preference for coffee and how we like our eggs done.

We stayed here 15th-22nd July 2023 Although the hotel is located on a beach, it's not really a swimming beach, as there are a lot of rocks, visible at low tide, although surfing lessons were being conducted during the day. The breakfasts were a little disappointing, not due to quality but to it being menu choice only - we missed the usual Bali, Thailand buffet, with plenty of fresh fruit. The pool area is excellent and the spa was very good. The room and bathroom amenities were good, apart from the ever-present Nescafé coffee sachets. However, the BEST PART about the hotel was the staff! Professional and GENUINELY friendly - think Bali 30 years ago. Oh! And no one tried to rip us off! We would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND the hotel for couples, although based on our observations, probably not the best place for families.

One of the best hotel options that you can choose in Senggigi. The hotel is spacious and lovely, the hotel staff are super friendly and helpful, the check-in process also fast. The hotel has the amenities and facilities which you may need during your stay. The view is directly to the beach so it is very suitable for those who come to enjoy holidays alone, or with family or friends!

Thanks for send us updates. I was just backed from holiday in Lombok. Overall Living Asia resort is nice and good to stay for vacation. Overall environment is good and the most importantly the staff is so polite and helpful. I arrived there in the midnight, even receptionist is closed but they still arrange the room key for us in the midnight and I managed take good rest there! I have to stay in different room type, just can say different room type different feel, I satisfied staying in this resort! The breakfast here is nice!

XXIUYINGAs a transitional hotel, we chose Jeeva Santai. It was already late at the time of check-in. The reception desk will have English reception, and there will be no obstacles in communication. Many hotels in Indonesia are early, and the price is still very cost-effective! Garden-style stay experience, but the downstairs will be a bit damp, not as good as the above view, but go out to the pool beach, breakfast can be very comfortable in the face of the sea!

杨杨It's hard to imagine the high cost performance, a small boutique hotel with a total of five rooms, with a beautiful swimming pool, I really want to pack it down for a pool party.
The rooms are well built. Whether it’s infrastructure or air-conditioning bathing, the breakfast is delicious and hearty. Next time I go with friends and wrap it up as a private party.

We were staying for 5 days in May 23 at Deluxe Ocean View. Both of us did enjoy our stay, especially: 🌟the very hospitable and attentive personnel. Guys, 5 stars to you and our special thanks to those at restaurant: Sunny, Wowan, Habib, Arman and sending our yummy thanks to the Cook🙏(Sorry if I misspelled yr names) You are doing yr job greatly: very considerate, heartful and super helpful😇 We were ordering meal from the restaurant and it took Max 30 mins to get it delivered and again thanks to Sunny and Wowan and great Cook; one day they even put extra Krupuks as they noticed that I liked those. Hearty thanks to the Girls at reception! (Don't remember the names 😏) Super beautiful and helpful🙏 🌟the territory is nice: with nice views plus a great big swimming pool with all the necessary facilities 🌟cleanliness of rooms and a good quality of furniture, bed linen! Clean, tidy and very charming to stay in rooms and enjoy time in the quite spacious balcony (of our Deluxe Ocean view) 🌟AC is working greatly Bad things/ Disadvantages 👎and things to improve: ⛔ there was No internet at all - so I could not do my distant work and lost money bcz of that((( (We were said that this was on the whole island.. some problem but anyway NO WiFi and ⛔No Working TV set as it's work depends directly on work of the Internet ⛔some corners on the territory are not clean and with some old shabby, not used stuff.. for example, spa zone is closed and dirty downstairs as not in use. ⛔the beach line is super small and some rubbish there as locals come to it and leave garbage😔 and it is totally impossible to swim cause we were said that there are tides and waves and that's why it is not safe

The bungalows are great - clean and have great character. The pool is brilliant and you can organise all tours / hire a bike right from the staff.
Would definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserThe breakfast buffet is pretty good. The hotel staff are all smiles, very kind! The courtyard is clean and beautiful. There is a swimming pool. There is an exclusive beach. A good place to watch the sunset and relax after lighting up. Stayed here for seven nights and it was very comfortable!

TtaniaandbillieThis was our second time staying at Svarga. We booked the same villa with a killer view and our own pool. It’s comfortable and has everything you need. The room just feels a bit tired. Needs a paint freshener up. The bathroom was a bit leaky too. The telephone didn’t work. The pool area was great. The grounds surrounding are very well kept and lush. Breakfast average. Staff were friendly and helpful. IThe view across the tree canopy and towards the water and Bali volcano is spectacular. Sunsets breathtaking, Expect a few ‘call to prayers’ early morning and through out the day. Adds to the atmosphere. To get into town you will need a bike or a short cab ride. Easy enough. Not sure if we’d stay a 3rd time but it is hard to ignore the lure of that view and pool.

A wonderful restful 2 night stay at this quaint hotel. The room was very clean with a very comfy king size bed and good pillows. It has a bar fridge which was very handy and also a kettle for tea and coffee. The Wi-Fi was good and easy to connect. The bathroom was clean with reasonable water pressure and hot water was reliable. Towels were clean and fresh. Swimming pool is large and great to refresh and do laps. Staff were incredibly attentive and were are standby for any requests. The cafe served really good food. Beach is across the road and great for sunset. Only thing this hotel needs is a bit more colour other wise a great stay. All in all good value for money. Thank you to all staff and management I will be back 🙏
