Super! On the first line, the staff fulfilled any request, even brought a cable to connect the TV to my laptop
Breakfasts were brought directly to the bungalow, each has its own pool on the beach, a restaurant and its own beach area, the kitchen is excellent

It is a changed villa hotel. Each villa has its own small swimming pool. The swimming pool is really small. The room is quite big, but the decoration style is older. The room is relatively clean. The attitude of the waiter is also very good. The beach of the hotel is very good. , breakfast is also good.

From the moment we arrived, the experience with the staff and accommodation was everything we could hope for and more. The staff were always friendly and helpful with any requests or issues we needed help with. Didek, Jo, Ainee, Dwuan? and Eris are a few of those who really helped us out and made us feel so welcome. The villa we stayed in (Cempaka) is truly beautiful and finely balanced with furnishings and decor. The food and drinks through room service and at the restaurant were delicious and above our expectations. The beds were so comforable and cool at night with frosty air con. We all want to return to this wonderful and unassuming little resort for another holiday as soon as we can!

This has been our second stay on our return to Gili T. We really couldn’t recommend this wonderful place enough. Beautiful food set on a stunning, covered area on the beach, lovely private pool villa, perfectly situated within walking distance of the front but offers privacy and quiet. The staff and attention to detail however are what really set this place apart. To top off our wonderful stay, we were treated to a turtle laying her eggs on the beach at the restaurant - the staff took great pride in protecting and conserving the site. We arrived to the most genuinely happy and warm welcome from the Kokomo team and it set the tone for a beautiful four night stay on the island. Perfectly placed just away enough from the night life that you are able to choose peacefulness or party (our adult children happily choose the latter). Delicious breakfast that we could enjoy in our villa or on the beach was included and a perfect start to our days of exploring this tropical paradise.

Back from a fantastic 5 night stay at Kokomo in one of their 2 bedroom villas What a fantastic Resort! Every single one of the staff were amazing to deal with , friendly and always on hand to help Big shout out to Bur who was always checking in to see how we were and offering assistance if we required. The resort is a few minutes walk from main area but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing at the same time. Cant recommend Kokomo more , it's a wonderful place to stay on Gili T.

A really nice hotel on the beach in Gili T. Kokomo has an excellent restaurant with a great menu. The staff were amazing throughout our 5 night stay - they genuinely could not do enough for us and went out of their way to help whenever they could. Special mention for Herlan, one of the waiters there - he was amazing and always had a smile on his face throughout his excellent, friendly service. A great hotel with a great restaurant and awesome staff

In 2018, my husband and I stayed here from 3/29 to 4/1. A disappointing situation marred our entire experience in the two bedroom villa. Upon our arrival, there was no prior notification or communication from the resort regarding the construction taking place adjacent to our villa. The construction site, located at a higher elevation than our garden, allowed workers to have a direct view into what should have been our private space. This led to a distressing incident when, while swimming, applying sunscreen and getting changed, we became aware that our privacy had been compromised by workers observing us from the construction site. This invasion of privacy was brought to the attention of the resort staff. Unfortunately, their only response was to suggest that we write a handwritten letter to management and we did. There was no follow-up on the matter, and we never received any communication regarding how our complaint was addressed. The discomfort and breach of privacy we experienced were never properly acknowledged, nor was there any apology offered. Even years later, the lack of professionalism and concern for guest privacy continues to be a source of frustration for us.
