There is a small buffet area for breakfast. It can be combined with a la carte menu. You can order a fine breakfast at the order. It is not enough for the self-help area to continue, but the problem is that they will not take the order list for half of the time. If you come out, you may be afraid of trouble. If you don't take us, you can finish it! For lunch and dinner alone, a person is more than 100 yuan! There is nothing to eat around! If you want to go out to eat and play, you need to rent a motorcycle yourself. The motorcycle can be called at the front desk of the hotel. One day, 100k one day, I am the old driver who drives the bicycle and said that the local people are driving fast! However, I also rode in the countryside to ride fast! Countless cars! Wear the helmet! Left at the door of the hotel, except for a little beach, there are no other features. On the right side of the door there is a restaurant near a relatively large port. Very good! There is also Alfamat supermarket nearby, things are cheap! There are a lot of snorkeling on the road that can be ordered to South Gili! The scenery is super good, the focus is no one! We packed a local spider boat for 1350k for 6 hours! Tired to spit! We are passing by a different hotel! It is estimated that it is cheap to talk to local people!

A local 4-star hotel with just a so so location and service. Location was said quiet close by many food options but there is better location than this hotel. As for Service, I asked for the price for whole day rental for a car and front desk said someone will call me to my room but it turn out no one really call me. Amenities just below par, towel are old. No hand or face towel, or maybe this is just the hotel standard. The floor where I stayed, is dark and did not give good impression.

I’m going to start w the positives. Amber is in a beautiful location on a private beach with nothing around. The walkways are lush with blooming banana trees and pineapple plants. I used the spa everyday while I was there. The treatments were all wonderful and in a peaceful ambiance. The staff was very friendly from the front office to the walkways and in the restaurant. The restaurant was very understaffed on Saturday night for the bbq dinner. The servers were great they just needed more hands on the floor. It seemed the manager of the restaurant just sat up front on his phone all the time. The hotel is very family oriented and I didn’t pick up on that at my time of booking. Kids running and screaming all day long. Parents, nanny’s and staff yelling for children that were running around wild all day. At Breakfast, lunch/pool time & dinner they were multiple family’s just letting the kids run around everywhere. There wasn’t any peaceful time at the pool to read or relax. At 1 point there were 12 small children at the pool on Sunday. The one day I didn’t got to the pool because it was so crowded. I love the room when I checked in but that faded quickly. Lots of mosquitoes in the room. I killed at least 10 by hand and every time I left I sprayed the poison can they left in the room. The bathroom had a terrible smell all the time. The bedding was dirty dirty not stained it was unwashed. I left the clean room sign on the door all day I figured by the time I got back from my massage it would of been by 4:30 and it was not. The comforter was covered up by the blanket and never changed since prior guests. It had blood marks that had not been washed for who knows how long. I was bit by something in the night on my face around 3:30am and my face swelled up. I turned the light on but couldn’t see any insects. It hurt so bad. I told the front desk the next morning and they got me an ointment to put on it. It was swollen for days and very painful. I had expectations that it would of been amazing but it wasn’t. My food was all delicious, the restaurant staff was very nice and friendly, the spa was great but the structure of the hotel has a lot to work on for the price. I’ve been in lombok for 2 months and I’ve never seen so many small children. If it was advertised as kid friendly I would of picked somewhere else. Even at check out a family was also leaving and 2 of the 3 kids were crying and I said there has been kids screaming and crying every hour for the 3 days I was there. Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the rooms For the money there are many better options in south lombok

Our hotel did practically no veggie options in the restaurant so cycled out. The choice was very limited so gave this place a go. It was very reasonable and the people very friendly. It’s no frills but the food was good. By the time we left it was dark so the staff accompanied us back to the hotel on his scooter as we had no lights on our bikes. Above and beyond service. Lovely little find.

We were 4 nights in the Tropic Resort in the Villa Susan with outdoor pool and outdoor whirlpool and we were absolutely enthusiastic. Location: The Resort is 2 minutes drive from the dreamy beach Selong Belanak. There is a free shuttle service to the beach. The resort is perfectly suited for resters. There are a few very good restaurants in the surroundings of other hotels, where the restaurant of the villa is also excellent. Whoever wants to have more trouble one day can drive about 30 minutes to Kuta. There you can also find bigger supermarkets and an active nightlife. To the villa: The villa is luxurious furnished and offers an outdoor pool and heated outdoor whirlpool a free bathtub a rain shower. The villa is absolutely new and in a top condition. The pool area is not visible from the outside and you enjoy 100% privacy. You have as many useful extras as an outdoor grill, a cozy gas fire, speaker that can be connected to your phone, ice cuff donor, side by side refrigerator, etc. To service: The service was the absolute highlight at our stay. We felt so welcome and well-released. Each individual staff was constantly trying to satisfy us. There is a WhatsApp group where you can order e.g. food or report concerns. The reaction time was less than 5 minutes. We have been traveling in Indonesia for 3 weeks and had several accommodation but here the service was simply the best !

I would like to use it again next time. The pillow quality was great. The staff were friendly and the service was fine. There is no problem with the meal.
