The location is excellent, almost fifty meters to the cathedral and the frescoes. Breakfast was very good. The waiter was very polite

The hotel staff were extremely helpful in arranging transportation from/to the airport as well as to other cities on our trip. The room was upgraded free and was so very nice and comfortable. The location is central to the city center to walking was a breeze! Would definitely go back!

Fantastic location & service. Amazing team that took care of all my needs. From booking restaurants to best ways to travel to recommending best places to get them special groceries to bring home. Felt super comfortable staying at the gray. Keep up the good work!

Couldn't be more centrally located, my view out the window was of the Galleria. On top of that, the room itself was awesome, boasting 2 desks, a gigantic bathtub, button-controled curtains in the closet. A couple of quirky features: plant leaves in the sink and toothbrush cups with a hole in the bottom. Importantly, very good value for the money.

The worst hotel! The bed was extremely uncomfortable, you could see the mattress caving, the AC did not work, and the Wi-Fi did not work. Pealing paint in the room. While they provide breakfast, there is no restaurant so not sure how they do it. We didn't stay the night as we couldn't sleep and they didn't do anything about the bed or AC. They charged us for the night and now we are escalating it with Hyatt. The manager never responded to anything. This could be a nice boutique hotel, it needs an overhaul and management that cares about customers.

Our two-day visit to Milano with friends was highlighted by the clean and modern room where everything worked: very good beds, shower, space for suitcases, coats, vlimate control, good sound-proofed windows,... We were attended by attentive and friendly staff at the reception as well as at breakfast, where the buffet supplied everything we liked: Swiss müesli, croissants, eggs, fruits, ... The hotel is only a couple of minutes walking distance from the opera Scala, the duomo, the metro station, some good restaurants, .... We also were happy to use their nice umbrellas. All in all everything was so satisfactory, that we did not mind, that the toilet paper roll needs two hands to use, as it is on the shelve and not attached to the wall. :-)

What a find! Great location - walking distance to everything and a metro station a few minutes away. The staff was exceptional - friendly, knowledgeable - ask them for advice on restaurants, shopping, anything - they are so helpful. Though there are many great restaurants in Milan, the lunch we had in their small upstairs restaurant was fantastic. The two rooms we had were beautiful - but the corner room was over the top. Ask for one of those - it's worth it!

Beautiful hotel in the best location! The location cannot be beat. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The only negative was the restaurant situation. It is one small dark room - the same room used for breakfast and dinner. Carpet needs updating. The restaurant bathroom (also used for the lobby bathroom) is comparable to an airplane lavatory. Prior to arrival, we made a reservation for dinner on the terrace, however the terrace wasn't open.

A wonderful stay. The accommodation was all I expected but the staff made the experience for my work colleague and I exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble including ensuring that some items I had inadvertently left behind, were packaged and collected post my departure. The perfect location to have a little bit of adventure in between work commitments.
