Visited this past weekend for a Friday thru Sunday stay. Been faithful Marriott members for many years but this was a disappointing visit. Staff was friendly and hotel appears recently updated . We stayed in a king/sofa pullout and had to exchange the sofa mattress first night due to large stain (gross), which staff helped with right away. Next morning discovered we had no hot water so after maintenance figured out it wasn’t quickly fixable, they moved us to another room for our second night stay, which is inconvenient to pack up all of our things in the middle of our stay. We shared the feedback as we checked out and were advised a manager would reach out, which maybe they will but so far we haven’t heard. Considering we had two inconveniences it would’ve been nice to have some type of acknowledgment .

First, let me say that I am a Titanium member and I stay in many Marriott branded hotels a year. I was somewhat skeptical about this hotel, because of the reviews, but many others in the area were booked, and I decided to give it a chance. I should have listened to the reviews. I know for a fact that they do not clean the showers after every stay. I called downstairs to report that my shower wouldn’t work as the nozzle was broken. The general manager and the hotel maintenance man show up to fix it. They end up basically rigging the faucet where it hardly turns and is cold. I confront them about the fact that the hotel staff should’ve caught this when they were cleaning the shower and they really don’t have an answer for that. Avoid this hotel at all cost!

We have stayed at many Marriott properties, and this is one of their poorest First the rate is one of the highest we paid for a 2 week travel vacation The rooms are run down, the kitchen’s poorly maintained or stocked, the parking is tight and about to get worse as a new hotel is going up next door The staff was wonderful and attempted to help where they could. The breakfast was good, clean, and for the most part acceptable food (waffles in the bag are disgusting) If you plan on using the room as a mini apartment and cook, don’t get excited. Barely usable.

I get to my room and it reeks. Literally body Oder and day old food from past visitors smell. Gross. I ask the front desk if they have complimentary water bottles. Very simple thing. With a rude-condescending voice the women at the front desk tells me water is $3 and all I can have for free is tap.. Not that serious of a request, be polite. Towneplace/marriot- I spend $40K a year at your hotels… give free water bottles and fix your culture at this location.

The hotel is really nice, Maria that works at the front desk made our experience at this location so amazing. We stayed an entire month. Maria is the nicest person. She helped us with everything. She needs a raise. She goes above and beyond for her job.

Unfortunately this was not a pleasurable stay. The thermostat in the room was not working and when we contacted the front desk they told us someone could fix it the next morning, so we spent the night sleeping in our jackets because we had no heat in the room. There was no shampoo or soap available in our room to shower with. When I talked to the front desk again in the morning they just said sorry we hope its better next time.

It's Marriott for me!! Listen I stay in my share of hotels for work, all different kinds, styles, and brands, but MARRIOTT is FANTASTIC!! The facility was immaculate, the rooms were extraordinary. The rooms were intact, no damage to bedding, or carpets. Cleanliness is one of the most important features a hotel can offer its guests. Housekeeping was awesome. Breakfast area was managed and clean. The breakfast......one of the BEST! Several things to choose from, healthy options, coffee, hot chocolate, and favored water, fruit, juices. The manager, Cynthia was very accommodating for my long term needs & assisted with any problems I had. The experience was top tier for all travelers.

We love having our team meetings here, service and food are amazing! Lulu is amazing on making sure food is hot and replenished. Rooms are large and clean, we always reserve some for our guests attending meeting who are traveling from far. Would absolutely recommend this hotel, please ask for Monica in the sales department, she’s amazing!
