The customer service was amazing. There were no delays experienced. Just a suggestion on the starter's meal menu, would be awesome to include chicken corn soup. Otherwise, my family and I enjoyed kayak around the island. The experience was great.

Dear Alex, I wanted to extend my sincere thanks to you and your amazing team for the kind invitation to the hotel for Ian and myself and our wives Lisa and Farida. It was a real pleasure to experience the warm hospitality and sample the incredible food from the new menu. Everything—from the service to the setting—was outstanding, and the dishes were both creative and delicious. What a stunning, memorable place. I hope to return! I went here with my fiance. The ferry ride is to the island is short, calm, and easy. Walking the long pier to check-in is an exciting start to the stay. And the main entryway once you get to the building is stunning -- beautiful architecture that opens out onto the water. The staff are so friendly and helpful. And the bungalows are comfortable, clean, private, and beautiful, with huge windows looking out at the water. I only wish there was room service :) We walked around the whole island and on the trail on top of it and also kayaked around the island and swam in the water. Swimming was a bit rough because the tide started to come in, so be careful and pay attention when you swim. And my kayak had a leak, causing it to fill with water, so that made for an unexpected challenge halfway around the island! We ate our meals in the main building and loved to see traditional PNG foods on the menu.
