We booked two nights an selected a room in the attic. When we arrived at the hotel we did not receive the selected room with the excuse that somebody else was earlier and selected that room. Instead we received a room on the first floor wich did not meet our expectations at all because the images shown at the website were different. When we complained nobody felt responsible. The whole conversation had to be held on the phone because there was nobody available at the hotel. Finally they charged us twice the amount of the stay because we payed at check out and the hotel charged a second time from the credit card which was given as a security deposit. The whole communication with the hotel personnel was very unfriendly and dissatisfying. This behaviour seems to be a strategy to betray the guests fron countries outside Czech Republic. Don’t book this hotel - there are plenty of other hotels with better location in Loket. This one is not even inside the historic part of town but a bit outside.
