Stopped here to charge on our way from the UK to Denmark and were so impressed we stopped on the way back to charge and eat in the restaurant. If you just want a coffee it is superb and served with a small dessert and biscuit plus excellent value for money. However the restaurant is also excellent with a good range of dishes depending upon your appetite and budget. Good standards and service. In good weather there is outside seating and a comprehensive children’s play area - just what is needed on a long journey. 13 Tesla chargers and other providers.

Op 31 augustus tot 1 september heb ik samen met mijn gezelschap overnacht in het hotel. Helaas werd ons verblijf ernstig verstoord door een vals brandalarm, midden in de nacht, waardoor wij amper hebben kunnen slapen. Tijdens het incident viel het ons op dat de aanwezige conciërge, een dame van buitenlandse origine, niet goed wist hoe te handelen aan de telefoon en de Nederlandse noch de Engelse taal beheerste. Bovendien bleek het brandalarm niet verbonden te zijn met een centrale, waardoor ik als klant genoodzaakt was zelf de hulpdiensten te bellen. Het hotel werd niet zelfstandig geëvacueerd en als gevolg hiervan hebben wij als klant het heft in handen moeten nemen. Menige mensen, inclusief bejaarden waren in paniek. Meerdere uren heeft iedereen buitengestaan. Het hotel werd aangeschreven hierover, maar zij nemen hier geen schuld op zich, beter nog, zij gaan ervan uit volledig correct te hebben gehandeld. Een zeer jammer en onverantwoord gevolg lijkt mij, in het geval van een werkelijke brand had dit zeer desastreuze gevolgen kunnen hebben.

Mooie kamer,.we hadden het type kamer wel niet verwacht bij het hotel. het hotel ging voor 2 weken toe. Bij het ontbijt hadden we hierdoor minder keuze bv geen spek meer. Rustige nacht gehad, badkamer ook heel mooi met bubbelbad. Zeer ruime kamer

Un hotel carino sia esternamente che internamente, con giardino attrezzato per i bambini e una gran qualità di salmone a colazione. Mi sono fermata qua in una visita tra i castelli delle Fiandre, ottimo luogo per riposare nonostante ci sia la strada vicina i rumori sono molto attutiti

Van het hotel weet ik niets maar t is nu de 2de maal dat ik hier kwam eten tijdens het laden van de Tesla en het eten was telkens heel lekker en verzorgd. We werden snel en vriendelijk bediend. Volgens mij is dit restaurant wel een aanrader! Ik kom nog terug als ik in de buurt ben!

Zonet op het terras postgevat in de hoop een drankje te kunnen nuttigen terwijl mijn auto aan het laden was. Ik dacht « laat mij het nuttige aan het aangename koppelen. » Toen ik na 10 minuten nog niemand had gezien ben naar binnen gegaan om te kijken of ik iets kon bestellen. 3 obers aan de toog. Geen die opkijkt tot het meisje teken doet naar haar collega. Die mij dan toch een blik waardig acht. Als ik zeg « kan ik iets bestellen voor buiten? » zegt ie « jaja ». Ik opnieuw « Want ik zat er al een tijdje en niemand is mij komen helpen » waarop hij ostentatief zijn blik van mij afwendt alsof ie wil zeggen « zie je dan niet dat we het druk hebben » terwijl ze daar met drie staan en er amper 5 man zit. WAT!! Is dat jullie klantenservice? Gewoon een schande! Terwijl zij er een regelmatige klant bij kunnen hebben? Maar als je natuurlijk liever lui dan moe bent, wil je helemaal geen klanten

Wij sliepen onder het dak van het hotel. Het was al een kamer met een upgrade. Het was heel warm op de kamer. Er is geen airco aanwezig of niet opgezet. We waren precies in een sauna. Wij hebben dan maar de veluxramen opengezet maar aangezien het hotel op een drukke baan gelegen is kun je niet slapen. Wij hebben dit probleem gemeld maar is niks mee gebeurd.
