The hotel requested an extra payment for sales tax, while Trip.com confirmation clearly stated no taxes or extra fees should be paid.
1. I paid because Trip.com offer me to reimburse the amount with some extra indemnization,
Nevertheless, the hotel never provided me any receipt, for the so-called taxes that arbitrarily charged me.
2. Breakfast was ok, but some diches were salty.
3. I called room service to order some food at 21h45 and they told me can't help me, because they close at 22h00.
4. Good point - The cleaning lady was ready to help at any time

There’s one hospitality truth in ecuador: with oro verde hotels you’ll never go wrong. I stayed for one night and every single detail was carefully prepared and taken care of. I dined and had breakfast and must say both were great! The best is their Horchata dispenser by the front desk. Such a great treat!!

Excellent option in Loja, an elegant, modern hotel, with excellent service, good buffet breakfast, parking and an ideal location to explore with peace of mind and close to everything… I emphasize the excellent attention of Alex and Jorge at reception, very concerned about the well-being of the customer, very attentive, smiling and eager to help, nothing mechanical, but rather with empathy for their guests. The food is spectacular and if you have a Oro Verde passport, take advantage of the discounts and rewards with cashback from their loyalty program. By the way, the attention, dedication and care in the details of their waiters: Vicente and Kevin make the difference in their restaurant, always ready to help, serve and recommend. Congratulations to Mr. Moreno also for his great way of directing and making the prestige of the Oro Verde Chain look good while maintaining the level that characterizes them. Continue to keep your staff motivated because that is what they transmit to their guests and therefore makes us want to always continue recommending them because you see the desire to always serve and help.

Excellent romantic dinner experience, I wanted a private but harmonious place and they offered me an exclusive place in the Oro Verde suite, they took care of every detail, the food service was exceptional and the waiter was always attentive to every detail.

Ya tenía meses sin visitar el hotel y veo que sigue manteniendo su calidad e incluso superando con detalles, felicitaciones al Señor Henry Soto que se nota el don de mando en la administración del Hotel, siempre lo vi preocupado en varias áreas desde recepción hasta en un evento de una empresa que había ese día, felicitaciones por ser un gerente 4x4! Vicente siempre en restaurante con buena predisposición y atengo a servir al huésped, comida muy buena como siempre, habitaciones elegantes y confortables y don Jaime que nos ayuda con el transfer desde y hacia el aeropuerto siempre nos da esa tranquilidad de llegar a tiempo...
