Nice hotel in a very central location. Nice, spacious, clean Junior Suite spread over 2 floors. Good breakfast. Our only reservation would be lack of available parking and when a space became free, it was a nerve wracking experience. A special mention for Marialo (I hope I have spelt her name correctly) who was helpful throughout and when we were let down by a taxi firm, she went above and beyond by driving us to meet a tour we were taking

A very nice hotel downtown Logroño. The place is very close to C/Laurel (the tapas street of the city) and has a number of car parkings closeby if you do not want to use the hotel parking. We got a patio room (not nice views but quiet) which was comfortable, clean, and neat. Breakfast in the hotel is also nice (though it could have more fruit) with eggs (upon request), bread, pastries, cereals, yogurt, ham, etc, etc. On the whole, a nice option to spend a couple of days.

Visited in August. The reservation and check-in online with choosing your room by yourself was very easy. Reception staff great, room was good for the price. Good points for us: 1. Very comfy beds 2. Supermarket next door - great when in August they did not had room service.... 3. Fairly good wifi 4. Liked the in house cosmetics Bad points: 1. Cleanliness really needs to improve! Especially in the room and in the restaurant too. In our room (810) we had so much dust everywhere that it looked that the room wasn't used for a long time and they did not refreshed it before our arrival. Floor wasn't particularly clean with some debris under the sink, by the toilet too. Shower was not very clean either, the glass doors need a good scrub, and the rust on the bottom of the glass could be looked in to as well. Mirrors were dirty and dusty. 2. Breakfast was a real let down. Uff why is it so hard for the hotels to make a good breakfast??? I am from the industry and we always! make breakfast great, because it's the part when people need to be pleased the most. Poor choice, cold food, chipped glasswear and crockery, food not being replenished quick enough, I could carry on, but I think next time if we are staying in the same hotel we will be choosing to have breakfast in a café near by. This is why we give this hotel average only - cleanliness and breakfast.
