Llegamos por la noche, cansados de todo el día de viaje, nos duchamos y destacamos las camas para acostarnos y cual fue nuestra sorpresa: las sábanas arrugadas y con pelos y purpurina, cono si los clientes anteriores a nosotros hubiesen estado de fiesta y al irse no hubiesen cambiado las sábanas.
Llamamos a recepción para que subieran a ver las camas y el suelo de la habitación. Subió el recepcionista y cuando vio las camas, no sabía donde meterse de vergüenza que pasó. Eran las 23h y nos trajo juegos de sábanas para cambiar las camas y nos dijo que no nos hubiese cam ido de habitación pero estaba completo y no le quedaban habitaciones. Mi marido y yo, cansados del viaje y a las 23h cambiamos las sábanas de las camas y al quitar las sábanas sucias vimos que la funda del colchón estaba manchada pero el recepcionista no sabía donde había otra funda. Noche desastrosa. Al día siguiente por la mañana expusimos las quejas conveniente en recepción y exigimos limpieza exhaustiva en la habitación y las camas. Cuando llegamos por la noche todo estaba limpio y a la mañana siguiente cuando fuimos a hacer chek on, nos compensaron con un desayuno. Insuficiente la compensación para la noche que pasamos. No volveré a este hotel.

The hotel staff was nice and helpful. The food was great. The bed was a little harder than we are used to, but overall we loved our stay and the town of Logrono.

Not quite what it looks like
Travelodge equivalent, looks smarter in the photo but it is dated and motel-ish. Clean, nice staff, food fine. But… you can’t walk into Logroño as the bridge is traffic only and going round takes 40mins on a cycle path through the industrial zone.
You do get a free bottle of Rioja at the moment, worth several euros…

Great value for money hotel. Spacious rooms.
I stayed here last year when working at the Navarra circuit, which is 15 to 20 mins away.
So I did the same again this year and had the benefit of a much larger room than last year with a desk to work at. The rooms are spacious, loads of power points and quiet. Comfy bed and clothes storage. Nice bathroom with excellent shower. The breakfast was the usual continental, with a range of cereals, yoghurts, meats, cheeses, bread, pastries, fruit, juices and tea/coffee. There was also the option of eggs, bacon and chorizo sausages. All regularly topped up too.
In the evening the restaurant opened about 8:45 and had an excellent value for money menu selection. The food was very good with more than enough options and menu changes to keep you satisfied when there for a week. The only think to note is it wasn't open on Saturday and Sunday night, but the adjacent bar does a great range of burgers and chips, salads, sandwiches and pastries etc.
The car park is of a reasonable size and as it is on the edge of Longroño getting to and from at the beginning and end og the day was never a problem.
