Service: The staff is very nice, smiling, and willing to help
Facilities: The hotel decoration and overall facilities are relatively old, but it can be seen that it was very large in the past, and not many resorts on the island have private pools.
Food: Breakfast included in the morning, Pillipino breakfast and pancake are delicious

It's not clean. The toilet can't take a shower. The water is very small. To fix it, I just have to knock on the shower head. It's a bit funny. The seat is barely on the beach, but the island is so small. Which hotel is not on the beach?
Facilities: The air conditioner is okay. Others are really bad. The service is so disappointing. I booked it for three nights and stayed for one night before changing to a hotel.

Expectation versus reality resort. Don’t expect much, hot water is on and off. Room was alright and loud aircon. Breakfast spread was so so. Service associates aren’t really welcoming. I think there are other resorts you can try that’s worth your money. Thank you.

The rooms are ok but bad lighting. Everything looks clean, the beds has firm mattress. Doors has gabs so any insects can crawl in. We switched rooms 3 times due to Room 1 - Extreme loud AC, unable to sleep. Rusty Shower heads with no water pressure. Room2- roaches nest at the bathroom door frame. Last room - jumping spiders. After all there is NO FRESH WATER for showering in ALL 3 rooms! This place needs major maintenance!

After more than 5 years living in the island they charge me 3 dólares for a broken glass.. be careful if you go there and you brake anything by mistake. You will pay for the glass more than for the drink. Also service is not the best one, some people in the Philippines they think service in a place for Chinese don’t have to be good coz they don’t care. Also rooms are nothing special for the price, you can find much better options on the island for the same price.

Had a wonderful stay at Malapascua legend staff are very attentive to our needs , place is nice and big so as their pool..The rooms are ok and the bathroom needs improvement, Its also Have a good location facing the beach .It is also the only resort only having a live band and fire dancers during week ends

This hotel was once one of the best on the island, but its days are numbered. The imposed shutdown of tourism has taken its toll. The neglect of the substance is noticeable everywhere, and it seems that the management has also changed. We were here in March 2022. The only thing that really impressed me was the incredible friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They try their best. - The beach, on the other hand, has suffered a bit, is full of boats, and quite a lot of plastic waste is floating around. Evening party noise until around 11 p.m. disturbs the peace considerably. WiFi doesn't work. All of this might be acceptable if it were cheap, but it isn't. What a pity.
