The facilities were good. The bed was uncomfortable and I ended up waking up at 3:00 am, unable to fall back to sleep.
I really enjoyed the breakfast and what they had to offer. :)

Unfortunately the building smells like bad air freshener trying to hide cigarette smoke. It just felt dirty. It’s a little noisy from road and breakfast was pretty terrible.

It is nowhere near the University as it claims in the name. It is on the outskirts of town. There are several hotels closer than this one. Also, don’t give them your email. They asked for mine when I checked in and I immediately began getting tons of crappy emails in my inbox.

The room might hurt you
There is a 2" lip from the bathroom to the bedroom. Good luck not tripping on that in the middle of the night. No blood, but man that hurt. The place is old. Very old. This walls. If you get a room facing the highway, you will be counting trucks airbreaking all night, not sheep. This place is pet friendly. Very pet friendly. So, you'll get to hear dogs barking all night as well.

Though convenient and economical, the hotel is in a noisy location. Room and bathroom are functional but not super clean or updated.

Emergency room so that part was good. Bed was hard hard and breakfast was odd.
