The hotel was not near Utah State as claimed. It was dated and run down. The breakfast offered was of much poorer quality than comparable hotels. Instead of orange juice, they served an orange punch. No fresh oatmeal. Only fruit was old soft apples in a bowl. On last day found a bug crawling on bed. Looked it up online and confirmed was a bed bug. We brought it to to front desk. 15 minutes after we left the called and said pest control was there and said it was a flea not a bed bug. Not true. Too big to be a flea. The said the would call us back about credit. They never did. When we called back, male employee was very rude on phone. Claimed nothing was found in room by pest control. When asked if they had shown them bug we brought them, said he didn’t know bc he wasn’t there. Said he would have manager call. Never did.

Loved the room, clean and spacious. Parked right outside our window so we could see the bike. It was an over all great experience... the only thing was the powdered eggs in the morning were weird ... the coffee was delicious

The property was good. Our room fit our needs. Swimming pool was ok, nice that it was indoors. A little bit farther out of town then we would have liked.

The tv in our room did not work. A girl came to fix it and spent less than 5 minutes. We asked for another room and they were full. She said the next employee that came in at 11 pm was better at fixing tvs. That employee never showed up to try to fix the tv. The next morning when I asked the guy for a partial credit, he said since we booked through *******, there was nothing he could do. He could have cared less about helping us.

Great Place for a Quick Stop Would highly recommend! The stay was comfortable and overall great for the price. They do a good job to make it a nice place to stay. Staff was very nixe, also.

Room was clean. Chair and footstool were not in the greatest of condition. Smell in the room was somewhat musty.

The room was clean, however the only chair was broken, the ironing board was inoperable and the door knob to the water closet was in need of replacement. Also, I was charged incorrectly the day I departed that I had to contact my credit card company.

The place overall is not well-maintained. They gave me a room next to the drive way to a RV area so it was noisy. We ended up moving out and go to another hotel nearby.
