Went with the family of 4 and we had the best time. The food is amazing. The service is top of the top. It is great for relaxing and getting a massage and some spa. The hosts are very nice. Beautiful place!

Unseriöses unfreundliches Verhalten. Dreibett Zimmer in einem 3 Sterne Wellness Hotel gebucht- ein umgewandeltes Frühstücksraum bekommen: kaputte Möbel, Dreck, Lärm von der Straße und Gästen. Fürchterlich.

Wir waren nicht zufrieden mit dem Essen und dem Service.Das Essen war nicht so gut und die Bedienung war etwas unfreundlich.Wir waren in der Sauna und es gab nicht mal Handtücher und die eine Sauna war nicht offen.Es wirkt vieles etwas lieblos und das Personal kann kaum Deutsch.

Wir hatten eine Junior Suite gebucht. Zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer! Das klingt erst mal recht gut,! Die Realität war allerdings: zwei Schlafzimmer, ja, aber eins mit einem winzigen Schreibtisch und einem Stuhl, das andere nur mit einem Bett. Das war’s!! Der Flur war ohne funktionierendes Licht, keinSofa, Sitz oder ähnliches.. Also, die Suite war bestenfalls ein Familienzimmer, aber nur ein sehr einfaches! Der Wellnessbereich dagegen war richtig schön, tolle Sauna und Wärmekabine, Solarium und Wassermassage. Alles sehr gut in Schuss. Zum Zimmer gehört noch das Frühstück: das war durchschnittlich, also eher nicht so erfreulich… Zum Restaurant schreibe ich an anderer Stelle.

Zimmer war ok, im Wellnessbereich war abends nur eine Sauna offen, obwohl ausgebucht war. Das Essen im Restaurant hat gut geschmeckt. Was uns gestört hat, war, dass die Dame dort kaum deutsch konnte und uns gleich abends schon das Zimmer abkassiert hat. Auf der Rechnung kam Kurtaxe dazu, das war bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich. Für die Kinder wurde diese voll berechnet, auf meine Nachfrage hat mir die Dame gesagt, dass das ab 10 Jahren so sei. Habe dann nachgeschaut und schnell gefunden, dass das erst ab 17 ist. Habe die Dame nochmal drauf angesprochen. Es kam keine Entschuldigung, sie hat gemeint, ich bekomme das Geld am nächsten Morgen. Morgens war eine andere Mitarbeiterin da, die von nichts wusste, und nahezu kein Deutsch sprach. Sie hat mich nicht verstanden. Auf Nachfrage per E-Mail später bekam ich (vom Chef?) das Geld wieder recht kommentarlos zurück. Wieder keine Entschuldigung. Sehr unseriös. Lage: direkt an der Ortsdurchfahrt, zunächst bekamen wir keinen Parkplatz vor Ort.
