I stayed 3 nights for business purposes. The hotel has personality, and the decor is inspired by the history of Lodz, which was mainly the textile industry. The room, public areas, meeting space, and the bar and restaurant are beautifully designed. I can't fault anything. The staff and managers are exceptional - everyone is friendly, helpful, smiling, and professional. I had a great stay. And the big shopping centre is just around the corner, famous Piotrowska street 10 min away.

A very nice, modern hotel with great design. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff and excellent breakfasts. The hotel is located in the very center of the city, close to a stylish shopping center, called Manufaktura. The minus of the hotel is the fact, that a car park for the hotel guests is not free, in fact very expensive.

One of the best place in Lodz for premium accomodation. The perfect location, at the quiet street but in the nearest neighborhood of commercial complex Manufactura. The hotel keeps its own specific style, with unique decor and comfortable arrangement. The rooms are kept in postindustrial climat, with many textile elements inside. The breakfast is plentiful and served in the nice restaurant. Generally very good impression and acceptable prices.

It was nice 2 night stay in this hotel. Absolutely amazing breakfast. The problems were about AC as it was not clear how to dicrease the temperature in the room. Also WI-FI was absolutely weak. It was not possible to work in the morning. Must be definitely improved.

Me and my husband visited this hotel back in June 2022. Everything was perfect. It was very clean, comfortable and luxurious. We could see Manufactura from our hotel room window and it's a short walk to go shopping if we needed to. Miss Paulina M. definitely knows what she is doing, she was very polite and patient and answered any questions we had. We had a couple of meals in the hotels restaurant, the quality and presentation of the food was second to none. The staff spoke perfect English and were very helpful, I would highly recommend The Loom Hotel and I look forward to visiting again in the future.

Hotel jest świetnie położony tuż przy Manufakturze, więc pod tym względem spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Wystrój jest nowoczesny i prosty, nawiązuje do włókienniczej historii miasta. Pokój czysty. Niby nie ma wad, ale to miejsce jest bez duszy, typowy hotel biznesowy, ot, taki 'akuratny'. Obiekt ma 4 gwiazdki, ale nie ma basenu, moim zdaniem to mocne 3, ale nie więcej. Obsługa poprawna, ale niezbyt pomocna. Przed rezerwacją pokoju, dzwoniłam do hotelu, aby upewnić się, czy w pokoju twin, bo tylko taki był dostępny, będzie możliwość połączenia łóżek. Pani zapewniła mnie, że nie będzie z tym problemu. Prośbę zawarłam w zgłoszeniu rezerwacyjnym, po przyjeździe pracownica recepcji powiedziała, że łóżka są połączone, niestety nie była to prawda. Przesunęliśmy łóżka sami, ale nie było to wygodne ponieważ nie było materaca łączącego, więc spaliśmy praktycznie osobno.

Servizio perfetto, camere pulite e ben tenute. Una delle colazioni più abbondati e varie che io abbia mai visto. Area cocktail perfettamente servita e di alta qualità. Posizione ideale per raggiungere Piotrkowska Street a solo 10 minuti a piedi.
