Barely 1 star hotel let alone 3.
The main purpose of a hotel is a place to rest and sleep - you will be unable to do that here. The walls are beyond thin, they may as well be a hologram. You will hear your neighbours and people at far ends of the hallways constantly, the bed will be old and uncomfortable and you will have to stay in a filthy room (walls and floors covered in stains, hairs in the bed), along with the silver fish pets.
There is no shampoo, conditioner, separate shower gel, vanity set etc that you would expect from a 3 star Hotel which this one claims to be - there is only generic soap which is stored at the sink and in the shower - the insides do not look like they have ever been cleaned. I would encourage visitors to go to lidl and buy their own toiletries.
Breakfast was pretty standard but they often forget to turn on the coffee machines so you will need to ask. The staff are very helpful and friendly, but unfortunately the hotel itself is very very poor quality.
Additionally I would encourage people to read the reviews posted on popular booking sites that the hotel deleted by using Archive.com.

I was alone for one night, but the room was spacious and the bathroom was solid, so it was easy to spend.
I was able to store my luggage after check out.
In addition, it was after check-out, but it was helpful to consult with me about a little personal trouble. The front desk staff was nice.
However, it was a little disappointing that there was no elevator to the entrance because it was difficult for a single girl with a large carry-on because there was only stairs to get to the front desk and there was no elevator, but other than that I am satisfied.

The hotel is basic but in a good way. If you were in the uk this would be a premier inn or travel lodge. The rooms are small but have everything that you need. The shower was powerful and very refreshing. The location is excellent for all the restaurants and shops of Łódź. The hotel is clean and the staff are helpful. Parking can be a bit of a pain to find but once you know where it is it is easy. The only real downside is that it is located next to a building site, this however was not a problem as we were there over the weekend and their was no activity on site.

Location is fine but downhill from there. No hot water in shower, thin walls so just hope that the person in the next room does not snore. No lamps, just bright ceiling light and nowhere to sit in the room except on the bed. The decor is from the late eighties and the breakfast room is as depressing as they get.

Very pleasant 3 night stay. Perfect location. Hotel clean and well presented. No servicing of the room due to Covid so can't comment on that, but it was more than adequate, with tea, coffee, water etc provided and an optional breakfast. Would stay again.

The first impression after entering the hotel is very positive. The hotel gives the impression of being very exclusive. Unfortunately, the rooms themselves are less nice. Small rooms with uncomfortable beds. The equipment shows signs of wear. You can hear what's going on in the rooms next door. Breakfast was of a decent standard, but the coffee was not very tasty.
