Beautiful hotel and Spa- design is amazing! Also very friendly staff at the reception and restaurant, the bellboy was very helpful and showed me the room and explained everything, thank you! The breakfast was great, very good quality of product, the buffet had everything you need, also for vegan. I highly recommend Grand Hotel for the stay in Łódź 🥰

Breakfast and dinner at the Grand Hotel. I can’t say anything bad about the hotel itself; the rooms are beautiful, the building has been fantastically renovated, and it exudes luxury. However, when it comes to the service, the staff, and the quality of the food, they completely miss the mark. It’s baffling that the owner hasn’t addressed these issues. The breakfast is à la carte, and it takes an eternity to be served, all by very unfriendly staff. The dinner wasn’t impressive either—everything was subpar, seemed to come from a soup kitchen, and was simply reheated on the spot. Scandalous for a hotel of this caliber. Lastly, the reception staff (the bell boys) could use a lesson in manners. They are anything but polite or helpful and behave more like rude security guards. Clearly, the owner has some work to do.

New and well-kept structure, spacious and very clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. High-class restaurant. Excellent breakfast even if savory prevails over sweet Pets allowed and welcome Very convenient parking at the hotel entrance

Grand Hotel w Łodzi bez wątpienia robi wrażenie swoją historią, estetyką i wystrojem. Budynek jest niezwykle elegancki, a dbałość o detale w aranżacji wnętrz sprawia, że hotel wygląda bardzo stylowo i luksusowo. Pokoje są przestronne i dobrze wyposażone, co bez wątpienia odpowiada standardowi, jakiego można oczekiwać od tak prestiżowego obiektu. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługują łazienki – przestrzenne i zaprojektowane z myślą o komforcie gości. Obecność wanien umożliwia chwilę relaksu po długim dniu, co było dla mnie jednym z najbardziej przyjemnych elementów pobytu. Niestety, nie wszystkie aspekty były równie zadowalające. Restauracja hotelowa pozostawiła pewien niedosyt. Czas oczekiwania na posiłki był zbyt długi, co było uciążliwe, szczególnie w porze kolacji. Śniadania również nie spełniły oczekiwań – o godzinie 7:00, która jest ustaloną porą ich rozpoczęcia, brakowało wielu produktów na szwedzkim stole, a obsługa dopiero zaczynała przygotowania. Kwestia parkingu także wymaga poprawy. Parking hotelowy nie oferuje nic szczególnego, a jego organizacja pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Podsumowując, Grand Hotel w Łodzi ma swój urok i ogromny potencjał. Elegancki wystrój, przestronne pokoje i komfortowe łazienki robią wrażenie, jednak pewne niedociągnięcia, zwłaszcza w zakresie obsługi restauracyjnej i parkingu, obniżają ogólne wrażenie z pobytu. Niezapomniany pobyt! Atmosfera w hotelu była bardzo przyjazna, a obsługa profesjonalna i pomocna. Śniadania były przepyszne, z szerokim wyborem świeżych produktów. Pokój czysty, komfortowy i przepięknie urządzony. Obsługa hotelu w pełni profesjonalna na każdym kroku umilała nam pobyt.
