TVs are the same as 10 years ago and there is no YouTube or Netflix.
Even though there was no one in front of us, we were made to wait at the reception for 20 minutes. The staff was completely inexperienced and unprofessional. This was the worst Hilton I've ever stayed at. I don't think I'll ever stay there again.

This hotel reception when we check in that man ok, but when we check out, one man and one woman all the time chatting, there is no any good service of them and bar food not so good, service so so. Breakfast service ok.

Excellent hotel, very comfortable. Avoid room 809 as the pumping equipment room for the pool on the 10th floor is directly above and may be noisy. Very helpful staff.
